Auto Fix Chessington
I had my car fixed with Fix Auto Chessington and I must say I was extremely pleased with the service I was provided. From the day I dropped my car in the garage, staff members were very friendly and helpful with my questions and concerns. During the time my car was in, I have been kept informed about the process by the repair team via text messages. Finally my car was returned back to me by the garage when I requested as I could not pick my car up due to work commitments. They made the process easy and stress free for me. Many thanks

Great repairs work and customer service
Ford Mustang repairs. Very happy with the service provided by the Chessington branch. I made initial contact to arrange the repairs, following which they took charge and kept me informed throughout the repair process.
I needed to drop my car off due to going on holiday, they were very accommodating and helped arrrange this. With regards to parking at the location, there was plenty of spaces. My car also needed an exhaust replacement from USA, for which again they managed the entire process, keeping me informed.
The Director, Arnie and his entire staff force were very good at customer focus, making you feel at ease about getting the car repairs carried out by them.
Once the repairs were on their way, they kept me informed including about the exhaust/parts delivery due from the States. On completion a time was arranged for collection and I was very satisfied with the work they had carried out, everything looked like it should and nothing was out of place. Very happy with the entire process. Thank you all.

Very professional and courteous service. Regular and informative updates. Repair to the highest standard. Took a little longer than ideal, but this was due to delays in delivery of required parts.

My music system doesn't work
My music system doesn't work,
I brought the to repair the back bumper, you delivered the car without music system. I complained the day of collection the engineers checked and told me that they can fix it.
I didn't say such thing never ever, the music system works always, we do not net to twist words, as you engineer say can be something simple, but is not on me to get it right, you are the professionals not me when the accident happened everything worked properly including the lights, what I'm asking is just a fair repair.

Good Evening Mr. Penades, your 13 plate Audi came in for accident repairs to the rear bumper. Your audio system was not working previous to the accident as advised by you. When the car came into our repair centre, it was evident that someone previously had attempted to wire in an amplifier - unsuccessfully. We checked all the fuses and found damage to wiring in the rear. We could not relate the cuts to the wiring in the rear of the car to the accident damage and advised if you deemed that it was accident related, you need to gain a report from Audi to confirm this and we would submit this to the insurance company engineers with the evidence images we have taken and ask for them to make a final decision. We have not heard back from you. Since this happened Friday, and you have left this review, perhaps you have not understood, but we unfortunately cannot repair something that the third party insurer will not pay for, unless you are prepared to pay for repairs yourself. Please feel free to contact us if you have arranged and received a report as requested. Kind Regards Fix Auto Chessington.

These guys are amazing
These guys are amazing! Had a horrible break in at home when our car ceys were stolen meaning all locks needed to be replaced and new keys programmed. The team at FixAuto Chessington turned the job around super quick, ordering and fitting the parts even before I had a chance to drop off the paperwork for the job. Couldn’t be happier with the service. 5-stars!!
