This company scams your money with deceptive marketing and a hidden “membership fee” that costs more than the prescription your buying. They sent me a 3 month supply in a vial that had a 1 month useage/expiration date on the prescription bottle and still wouldn’t give me even a partial refund. If all this isn’t bad enough while I started a dispute with my credit card hoping to get some resolution they were able to access my card info again and sent out another shipment, billing me over $850 more dollars!!! Please, do yourself a favor and don’t ever use this company for anything:/

Your monthly weight loss membership fee provides access to a Provider, Care Team support, weight loss medication options, a nutrition plan, and a workout plan. We also work directly with your insurance to help obtain coverage for your preferred weight loss medication. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, we may be able to prescribe a non-GLP medication, which is included with your membership, or a GLP medication for an additional cost

I would give this company ZERO stars if…
I would give this company ZERO stars if I could.
I was charged $1,569.00 after I specifically asked to cancel my “membership”. I did not authorize this charge and have been unable to get anyone to help resolve it. Whether I leave a voicemail, email, use the app etc.
I tried to cancel the “membership” and was given no actual way to do so. They state you can cancel by “managing your subscription” but you can’t even get to that option. You’re forced to leave a 5 star review and still can’t get through.. Your only option is to refill or delay. I have clicked the cancellation link they provided so many times at this point I’ve lost count, only to be redirected to the same review page. This is completely unacceptable. You’re taking advantage of hundreds and thousands of people, myself included.
How is anyone supposed to cancel a membership when there is no cancellation option, no accessible customer service, and then charge you over $1500 after you’ve already requested cancellation?
I feel completely robbed, and I still cannot get anyone to take responsibility or help resolve this. As I’m sure, so many other innocent people can relate.
I strongly recommend being extremely cautious before giving this company your payment information. Keep records of every cancellation request and every charge. This has been an absolute nightmare.
