Fitness Equipment NI Anmeldelser

I purchased a treadmill and it said there would Be a 6 week waiting list, which I was happy with.
The treadmill arrived approximately 6 weeks later.
Only downside was that I wasn’t informed when the delivery would take place, otherwise I would do business again with Fitness Equipment NI

Very good product, thank you Fitness Ni

Top quality products, prompt delivery and great service. Highly recommend!

Great product and really fast delivery.
Excellent customer service.

Outstanding customer service and excellent fitness equipment. Thank you very much.

Great delivery. It arrived in 4 days! However I have been trying for a week now to get the installation day booked for le, no success yet so bike still in the box

Great weights, just the sticky label that was stuck around the metal part of the weight was tricky to get off and a bit uncalled for so 4*s

Would strongly recommend

The standard of service received was excellent. I made a mistake on the order and they were more than happy to rectify this.

The items received were of high quality, I couldn't be happier.

Also, this order was made during the COVID-19 shutdown, during which many fitness equipment providers raised their prices to take advantage of the demand for home fitness equipment. This company did not do so and deserve great credit for keeping their prices low and maintaining a high standard of service at the same time.

Excellent product, great customer service.

Many thanks to luke, Brett and Martin for excellent service and delivery installation. The treadmillis excellent and im looking forward to getting plenty of miles out of it. Thanks again

Good customer service. Order arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Would buy from these guys again.

I purchased a Waterrower through Fitness Equipment NI at the beginning of June. The website explained that due to Covid, delivery would take 6-8 weeks. About 4 weeks later I was contacted to say that they had a upgraded version of the rower I ordered and would I like it, at no extra charge. Brilliant! The guys who delivered it were excellent. I thought it would be a bit tricky to assemble by myself, but the instructions on the manual, supplemented by the short YouTube video made it easy. I had one or two questions at the beginning, but the Customer Service guys were very quick to respond and super helpful. I'm up and rowing now at home and loving the swishy-water sound!

Purchased a Water Rower from Fitness Equipment NI. Their Website well laid out and provides all the information I required to make this purchase. Customer service was good.
My Rower arrived earlier than originally advised and with a reputable courier service. Overall good experience.

Great service, highly recommend.

Excellent service, the guys provided clear Information on when the item would be delivered and provided timely updates.

Would recommend.

Excellent customer service. The Company were very clear on lead in time between purchase and delivery, and kept me informed along the way.

I knew from the outset my water rower would be 6-8 weeks. It arrive after 7 weeks. I got a phone call a few days before it was dispatched as a heads up. Nice touch. No issues at all with the service and the water rower is great.

Not only did my equipment arrive in perfect condition it arrived ahead of time and before the initial due date. Very pleased and would not hesitate using Fitness Equipment NI again.

Ordered on the Wednesday and equipment was delivered Friday morning. I telephoned first before I placed my order and the service I received was excellent , very professional and very friendly . Would definitely recommend.
