Absolutely loved this product, I am totally obsessed and they have elevated my walking and at home Pilates era.

Super comfortable, easy to wear and great customer service!

Will be returning to fit boutique to buy again!

Super good customer service very prompt with emails. Explained what I was getting. I wanted to delay my shipment as I was away on holidays so when I got back I could be home for pick up. They did that with no worries
Asked a question about my ropes for my Pilates machine and they sent me thicker ones without even asking and made it super simple. The box that the Pilates machine came in was super strong made out of wood so no way of getting it damaged. highly recommend.

I recently purchased the Onyx Reformer and the reformer is absolutely perfect and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. They are very responsive and went above and beyond. 100% recommend!

Everything about FitBoutique is amazing! The communication was clear every step of the way and extremely timely. The reformer is sturdy, quiet and beautiful. It was delivered within days of ordering and the follow up to a couple of questions I had after the delivery was just as prompt and helpful - special thanks to Ayrah! I couldn’t recommend the staff and product highly enough!

Had a great experience with Fit Boutique.
Very quick replies with my questions on reformer recommendations.
Delivery was early and arrived in perfect condition due to great packing.
Would recommend to anyone.

Prompt delivery
quality product

The Onyx fold reformer was delivered exactly how it was presented on the website. Well packaged with easy to assemble instructions.
Buying online can have its risks but I can highly recommend that what is represented is exactly what you are going to get. Its sturdy design is easily comparable to the reformers in my local gym and it’s a wonderful way to get the same quality of workout equipment at home.
In addition, I was offered a free online workout membership to get my home routine started immediately - I am very happy with my Fit Boutique purchase and customer service support.

Great quality reformer at such an incredible price, delivery was excellent and assembly was fairly straightforward (considering I’ve never used or assembled one before). Can’t wait to improve my fitness & health with my first reformer!!

I had a really great experience purchasing my reformer from FitBoutique. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish — friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Shipping was fast and the reformer arrived well packaged and protected, which gave me peace of mind.
The reformer itself was easy to set up with clear instructions, and it feels sturdy and high quality. It works smoothly and has been perfect for my workouts so far. Overall, the entire process was seamless and professional. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend FitBoutique to anyone looking for Pilates equipment.

I'm really enjoying my new maple reformer! Easy to set up and works amazing. Looking forward to many more reformer sessions.
I had some trouble with the courier when waiting for my reformer and I followed up with Fitboutique and they were quick to assist and help with getting it to me!

Clear simple messaging to assist in deciding which model to purchase. Clean aesthetic design & unbelievable delivery time across Australia to WA in the week leading up to Christmas

Really pleased with my Sienna Reformer. Fitboutique were very helpful and responsive to deal with.

Beautiful reformer and great customer service

Had great prompt responses to all my queries. Even though the delivery took a little longer than expected, the team kept me up to date and followed up with where my order was. Excellent customer service from FitBoutique.

Ordered my reformer on Thursday and received it on Monday from Melb to Syd. Super fast delivery even with Christmas coming up! I’m so happy with the reformer, it’s so smooth and works like a dream. Feels the same as the ones in the studio. Customer service was also fantastic. Thanks again!

I have had the onyx foldable reformer Pilates rig for a month now, I love love love it. The movement feels seamless over the join and although I have not yet folded it, I’m super pleased. The people at fitboutique have been marvellous, the delivery was the reason for only 4 stars. I am in country nsw, so I can expect some what longer wait times. However, I received a notice that the machine would arrive on the Friday (super quick), I rearranged my day, … nothing, checked again and it said Saturday… ok, maybe … rearranged my day … nothing. Luckily, I contacted Aryah from fitboutique, who was lovely and very helpful, she got back to me - even to say she herself was waiting for a response - super professional. I had not heard from delivery company, was expecting a large apparatus- intending to be at home. A week later I arrived home from work and a large 100kg + box right in the middle of my drive way, on pebbles - it took 2 hours to shimmy it into the house. Damn delivery company. However, machine is perfect, exactly like the ones in the studio, very sturdy. The people at fitboutique were wonderful, absolutely no issue. Thanks heaps x
