We appreciate customer feedback as it helps us to improve our service.
All of our clients are requested to complete a Medical Questionnaire prior to their appointment, which provides our doctor with a comprehensive overview of the client's medical history.
Fit2Drive doctors have a wealth of experience in completing medicals, and ask in depth questions relating to any health issues that the client may have. If necessary, they will refer the client back to their registered GP for further investigation/tests.
When the Fit2Drive doctor signs the D4 form, the final decision to grant/rescind a licence is made by the DVLA.

Medical ok but unable to do eye test
Medical went ok. But doctor unable to do the eye test due to the poor lighting in the room.
This was very annoying as I then had to book an appointment with an optician to carry out the eye test. (Which was fine)
Very annoying as it cost me extra time and money.
If the doctor is unable to do the eye test. I think this should be disclosed when you book the medical.

Excellent. The Doctor was amazing patient and she has an awesome scene of humor.The medical profession is definitely her calling. I drove all the way from Birmingham to Ashbourne and it was well worth it. To all HGV and PCV License holders if it is a Medical you are looking for. Fit 2 Drive Medicals is it.
