Still waiting for a refund...
Still waiting for a refund after cancelling my husband's Scooter policy in April, called the 3 times to chase to be assured that a cheque will be sent, still nothing!
Guess it's time to get in the phone to be told the same thing again, I'll be making a complaint soon.

Very easy to take out mobility insurance
Very easy to take out the mobility scooter insurance. All done on line. Not complex at all. Of course - the proof will be if i ever make a claim.

Very Easy to use, however for peace of mind even if make and model of wheelchair is not listed, having at least as many wheelchair make would be good e.g. Convaid.

Very helpful lady on the telephone
The lady who helped me was kind, friendly and understanding. We already have Fish Insurance for one Class 3 Mobility Scooter and now we needed insurance for a new boot scooter. We have never needed to claim, thank goodness, so we cannot comment on that.
