We waited 1.5 hours for our bus to…
We waited 1.5 hours for our bus to come. We were told if we call the following monday we would get a refund. I was then told the manager would call me back. it’s been a week later and no response.

mitchell was great!
This was my first time with this company and was perfect. Our drivers name was Mitchell and he was amazing. He was on time, very flexible with us and was all around awesome. Mitchell would be the reason we come back and ride with first student again. Thanks again Mitchell!

Everything was great!!
Everything was great! The bus was a few minutes late (the weather wasn’t great) but our ride was smooth and the bus driver was efficient and drove carefully! It was exactly what we needed and I’m very grateful!

Professional Service
This was our third time renting a First Student bus for a Buffalo Bills game, and I experienced excellent customer service from the first phone call!
Terry our bus driver was personable, patient and a complete pleasure to work with.
We hope to rent a bus again next year with the high hope of requesting Terry as our dependable driver! Thank you again, First Student and driver, Terry!

Bus driver kicked my friend off the bus…
Bus driver kicked my friend off the bus when I went to use the bathroom and failed to inform me about it. The kid was left alone at the concert for hours with no ride back. Other than that trip went well and the bus driver stayed at the concert the whole time.

They had a stag for my son
They had a stag for my son, so I thought i would help them out and rent a bus for his friends to go brewery crawling it was fun every one had a good time bus driver was courteous on time we had no problems other than the Pouring rain

Wedding transport - helpful timely cost effective
We used First Student for our wedding transportation from the hotel to the venue round trip and it was excellent. Everyone I worked with while booking and then postponing our trip was helpful and knowledgeable. I was worried about the virus and cleaning protocols but they answered all my questions. Our guests were all comfortable and got where they needed to be safely.
