Preschools First Field Trip!
Brian our driver was on time/early, patient and very kind- we would love to have him as our bus driver again in the future! The booking process was easy and everyone I communicated with was very helpful-this was my first time setting up a field trip for a large group of young children and FirstCharter definitely made the transportation part of it a breeze!

Late buses & rude staff
Two of the buses arrived for pick up 20-30 minutes later than the time listed on the contract. When leaving the venue, the drivers on several buses were hostile and rude towards the young women coordinating this event, and did not express concern for minor guests being left behind at the venue, which was an hour away from our pick-up location.

There was a lot of back and forth to try and get the reservation times corrected, and one person had not updated it and sent over a new quote as she had stated she would. The following day I did get some assistance and follow through, the day of event was great-driver was super nice, only downfall was the bus breaking down.

Friendly service

Our driver Betty was fun
Our driver Betty was fun! Energetic! And 100% hit the vibe for the night. All if my guests and myself had a fantastic time and Betty just added to the night. From first meeting to the end of the night it was a great experience. Can't say enough!
