Everything went perfectly and our driver was great with adjusting to our timelines.

We hired first charter to transport our wedding guests to our after-party, and they were fantastic! The driver arrived on time and very patiently waited about 30 minutes while everyone got ready to leave. They let us play music real loud and we had an absolute blast. Thank you for helping to make our day special… and for keeping a bunch of drunk drivers off the road!!

The bus was very prompt and followed our very specific schedule to a "T". The bus driver was friendly and a pleasure to work with. It was very easy to reserve and book the bus.

The drivers were punctual and professional. One pickup location was not feasible due to traffic patterns and the driver stayed in close contact and worked with us to find an alternative nearby.

I would Highly recommend First Charter Bus Rental. We used their services to Provide transportation for the guests after my sons wedding. Even the Bride and Groom hopped on! Our bus driver Mike was prompt, patient and accommodating. We were told by our friends and family, the bus was one of the highlites of the evening! Bus driver never showed up... delayed the start of our wedding by 40 minutes... really outrageously bad customer support. Would definitely not recommend.

I had sent and had received a confirmation from first student that we were requiring 4 stops for the driver. We requested people be picked up at one Airbnb and 3 hotels to attend my daughters wedding reception. The driver arrived on time to the first stop contacted me to let me know he could not park on the street as there was no room. We worked that out. The bride and groom were on the first drive and confirmed with the driver that he had 3 more pick ups to make. Around 40 min later we received texts from people still waiting for the bus to arrive. I called him and he said he was at Dunkin’ Donuts. I told him he had 3 more stops to make and named the hotels. He left and picked up and dropped off people from 1 hotel and left the venue.. 15 min later we received info that he had not gone to the other two hotels. The groom called this time, and reiterated where he was to go. He then went to the second hotel…our guests were late to the event. People from the 3rd hotel decided to drive themselves. He did go to the third hotel, but guests had already driven to the venue.
Our driver told someone on the bus that he didn’t realize that there were instructions on both sides of his copy of the instructions for pick up.
He did return at the requested time to return guests to their hotels!
It does seem that more instruction to drivers is warranted.
We hired the bus to keep our guests who were drinking alcohol at the venue safe. It was an inconvenience to have to keep calling the driver , as well as an inconvenience for our guests to have to wait almost an hour for the bus to pick them up.
We were all very upset that this happened!
I will not recommend first student and did not tip the driver. I feel that the cost of the bus was way too expensive for the service we received!

The school bus was on time and waited patiently for a pumped up wedding crowd who could not drive 😁. The had a blast and felt silly but relieved to have no worries. 10 plus service , courteous and friendly!

Excellent!!! Our Busdriver Goldy was so accommodating....we had to go to a beach for our wedding that had a very small parking lot and he had to wait for us there while moving around for the other cars...he was so nice about it and made everything so easy for us! we ordered 1 bus to take us to the church and then to dinner, and 2 days later 2 buses to take a big group to a few breweries in Portland. On both days the buses were on time, and on both days the drivers had a great sense of humor with our noisy group. And the price was so much better than any limo service. School buses rock!
