i did not take the bus personally but a few guests said the driver was kind of rude otherwise it was great

We had two busses for our wedding on 9/24/22. Both were on time to both the hotel and venue for pickup. Both drivers were very courteous on the way there, and fun on the way back! We can't thank First Charter enough!

We hired first student for our wedding transportation. Bus driver was on time for the hotel pick up and venue pick up! Even made an additional run for the older crowd leaving our wedding

We used first student for my wedding and it was one of the worst decisions we made. First they went to the wrong hotel and were late picking up our guests which then resulted in our ceremony starting later than it was supposed to-taking away from our venue rental time. Then at the end of the night my husband was making sure everything was all set and we were good to leave the venue and I was waiting in our limo and one of the bus drivers comes up to me in the limo with a cigarette demanding to know what the hold up is and made me get out of the limo to go find my husband. FYI I have very severe asthma and the slightest whiff of smoke sets it off so you can imagine I was very upset and just needed to get away from this woman so I didn’t spend my wedding night in the hospital. I am very upset with the level of service we received and expect to be compensated for it. Looking forward to hearing how that will be done.

We needed a shuttle bus for our wedding, mainly for the guests to transport them from the hotel to the venue. We contacted many shuttle vendors and they either did not get back to us, or were charging hefty prices for the service. First Charter was amazing from the booking process to the last ride. And their prices were more than reasonable. Because of the labor day holiday weekend, there was a lot of traffic on the day of the wedding. The shuttle driver was very courteous to our guests and made sure to let everyone know that the bus was running late. For any future needs, we will definitely keep First Charter in mind!

This company was amazing, the bus did malfunction at the original pick up time but they quickly organized got a new bus and got us to the venue on time. As a bride I was not stressed and his company definitely helped with that

Overall, I am pleased with the team at First Charter and would recommend them to anyone looking to arrange large scale transportation to their events. The customer service staff at the corporate level were easy to get a hold of and very helpful when booking and confirming their services for my wedding on 8/26. The only challenge was that due to the fact that my wedding was taking place on a weekday, they were not able to accommodate an earlier pickup due to school drop offs (they were transparent about this and I am grateful for that) but this left us with an already TIGHT time window which worried me from the beginning-my guests were scheduled to get picked up at 4:30 for a 5pm ceremony. Unfortunately, I think due in part to this potential time overlap and some inclement weather, they arrived late to pick up our guests at the hotel to shuttle them to our ceremony. This resulted in my wedding ceremony being delayed by 15 minutes while we waited for the majority of our guests to arrive to our ceremony site. Thankfully, we had extra time budgeted in and the night was not greatly disrupted by this obstacle. The other stressful factor was that as we are all getting texts that the busses aren't anywhere to be found, the two numbers we were provided for "day of" concerns went straight to voicemail; I was able to reach the corporate 1800 number who was able to reach the drivers and confirm they were thankfully arriving to pick up the guests as we were speaking. Both busses did stay on site and got our guests home on time at the end of both the reception and the after party which I was thankful for. Everything worked out in the end and I don't want to critique too harshly because I think a lot of this was out of their control and purely situational. The drivers were professional and courteous to all of our guests despite working a full day and beyond to take on our event.

Everything was so seamless! We couldn’t have asked for a better crew to work for our wedding. Both of our drivers were so timely and happy the entire night!

Our bus driver was amazing! Not only did she both wait for latecomers and ensure everyone was on time for the ceremony, she was also kind enough to give my husband's grandparents a quick tour of a neighboring town when they were the only people on the bus. I'd rate 6 stars if I could!
