The buses were on time, the drivers were friendly and helpful, and all went exactly as planned. Thank you so much!

The buses all showed up! The only issue is that two of our buses were late showing up and it was difficult to get ahold of someone to help. The number to call if a bus did not show up connected to someone who did not have our confirmation number. That was a bit stressful as it affected our entire freshman class.

Our first bus ride went great. The driver was friendly and accomodating. Arrived on time and the bus met our needs for the trip. Our second bus ride encountered some difficulties. It was almost an hour late and did not have undercarriage like we needed. It seems someone called out and there were a lot of technical issues with the bus the second day. Either way, we arrived to our destination relatively on time and with all of our luggage.

Driver was pleasant, friendly and willing to add additional stops when needed during the idle time. I work for YPB Weddings, a wedding planning company, and First Student always treats my couples well! The only reason for the 4 stars vs 5 stars was due to the slow communication leading up to the event - it was hard to get a hold for any changes or confirmation of the trip, but all worked out in the end. The driver on the day of was great though.

Our driver was great. Very accommodating and a very safe driver.

Reserving the bus was confusing; follow up was poor. A billing was sent in error; it was never explained. Local contact was inadequate. I could not communicate details of the trip to the driver in advance. The driver fell asleep in the bus between runs and was not visible when passengers showed up for their trip home; they took alternate transport because the bus was locked, no lights were on and the driver did not wake up.

Excellent experience with First Charter. The driver was prompt, friendly and resourceful. The bus was clean. Despite a few last minute changes in the pickup and drop off points, we arrived on time at our destination.

I just wish the bus was air-conditioned.

Charles was a wonderful bus driver who arrived early, friendly and overall excellent service! I also appreciated the folks who I spoke with over the phone to get this last-minute reservation in and email communication to get payment squared away. Would recommend and use the company again!

The booking process was easy. The driver on the day of the scheduled event was an hour early and he only stayed 15 minutes leaving many guests behind. I had to call one of the guests on the bus to have the driver come back. I would like to have a driver that was more professional and a professional and able to troubleshoot and figure things out about the parking.

We were traveling with 13 teenagers and 2 adults. When I arrived in Portland I called the contact number for the bus driver. After a very confusing conversation it was determined that the name and contact number provided was not our bus driver. It was someone from our hometown that rented from you 5 years previous. Luckily the bus showed up and took us to our destination. Unfortunately for the return that was not the case. The bus never showed to pick us up for our return trip. We were stranded in a small town 1.5 hours from the Portland airport with 13 teenagers and all of our luggage. We had to get rides to Hillsboro to take the Light Max bus. We sat on that for 2 hours and drove through downtown Portland where several homeless and drug addicts joined us, one of which exposed his genitalia to a couple of the young girls. The Light Max took us to the airport where our hotel shuttle picked us up. I am furious that I had to explain all this to the parents, and the stress this mistake caused was beyond repair. I will NEVER use this company again.

Driver was very polite and nice. But the only thing was driver got lost more than once to our destination and the driving was a bit too much.

The three busses on the first day was definitely confusing. It left us scrambling to ensure that our reservations were still in place for the Friday return home.

All busses were on time. We were very happy with the drivers as well – courteous, kind, and they were great with the kids.
