The actual bus and driver were great what I didn’t like was the communication. No one reached out to me after they confirmed my ride so when the day came I had no idea if someone was coming to get my party. They did end up coming but a few minutes late which made us start to think they were not coming.

The buses arrived on time and the bus drivers were wonderful working with us to ensure everyone traveled safe and in a timely manner to and from the event. They had to navigate rush hour downtown traffic but stayed calm.

Bus never came. Never got called back for a refund so I had to dispute the charge

The drivers were extremely patient with us and understanding about a few situations. The bus company was good about returning calls and helping as we tried to get out trip confirmation.

The drivers were terrific! The reservation process was less than great. I had to call several times to check on the status. Despite accepting our deposit, the local center could not accommodate our request. I didn't learn of this issue until I called six times over a three week period. Each time I was told someone would contact me. I was told someone would contact me the day of the event. No one did. I left a detailed message that morning - still no return call.

Both bus drivers were late for pickup and had to be contacted minutes before our wedding. One bus driver was lost and claimed it was because she "isn't from Kansas City". She also asked a passenger to give her directions back to the hotel at the end of the night which is extremely dangerous and concerning.

We had a great event and enjoyed working with Larry Lindsey for transportation. We will definitely use your services for future events.

The day of experience was perfectly fine. Buses arrived on time and dropped us back off on schedule. The booking process was the difficult part for me. I know we requested a quote months in advance and waited until 3 weeks prior to our event to confirm, so I do take some of the responsibility for the craziness that follows. When I called to confirm and book our trip on July 1, I was told I should hear something within a week. Well a week came and went without any update so I called back on Monday, July 11. I was told that our trip had been confirmed and paperwork would be sent soon. I did not get any confirmation email, so I called back Tuesday and was told our trip was not confirmed and to check back the next day. Called back again on Wednesday and was told it was still being worked on. Finally on Thursday an employee worked very hard with me and continued to try to reach the bus company repeatedly throughout day to get our trip confirmed. She was finally able to call me back Thursday evening and confirm everything was good for our trip and I did not have to worry. Got my confirmation notice on Friday, July 16th. I understand First Charter is a middleman in the transaction and my understanding was the problem was from the bus side. I just had a difficult time getting confirmation because I would call in the morning and select to be called back, then I would get a call in the evening with updates. I would work with them again, but I also will not wait until so close to the event to confirm and book.

We rented a bus for a concert and had the absolute sweetest bus driver Miss G. However our buses alarm never stopped going off and had a constant ring for the whole duration of our time being on the bus. I have never felt more bad for someone than our bus driver having to listen to that alarm.

We had two great trips. The driver was exceptional and we would love to have her again. Thank you for good service to and from Deanna Rose Farmstead.

Buses arrived 30 minutes late for our return trip. Therefore, that kept our parents waiting 30 more minutes than expected for them to pick up their children.

I never received a courtesy call that our buses were going to be late so we could timely informed the parents of the late arrival.

Bus arrived at scheduled time. Driver introduced himself and was very friendly.
Driver was alert and safety conscious during trip. He talked with passengers at point of destination and was willing to do anything we may ask of him.
When trip was over he thanked us for choosing First Charter and shook hands and then departed.

I had an amazing experience with First Charter. Their call center representatives were thorough and easy to talk to. They added all the notes I needed for drivers to find the event. I was organizing a reading festival for K-2nd graders from three different schools and they all arrived promptly, none of the teachers reported any issues with boarding or returning.
