Getting the bus rented and the itinerary made through the website and phone calls was very easy as well! Everyone was very willing to help me with any questions or changes I had!

Bus came late and one bus called the police
One of our buses arrived an hour late. I ordered the busses to arrive at 5:30 which the first bus did arrive maybe 15 minutes after that time but the second bus arrived close to an hour late. I called and talk to a representative, we were on the phone for almost 20 minutes and over the course of that time the representative tried to locate the bus and it was unsuccessful. Additionally, one of the bus drivers called the police on our member which we felt is unnecessary and felt put our members in additional harm with the police and weather conidtions.

Sigma Kappa Valentines Day Crush Party
One of the three buses was too long so we had no choice but to drop off our members on that bus in front of the venue. This blocked traffic on Broadway and caused the Willies manager to get super upset. All got worked out but it would be great if all of the buses we the same shorter length to prevent this.
