Efficient and timely

Making a reservation and confirming details was difficult due to being put on hold a few times and having to leave a call back number. When I did get hold of a real person, though, they were friendly and helpful. The buses arrived on time but in a part of the school that we could not see, so we didn't know they were there. This cost us some time. Could have been clarified ahead of time. The drivers were friendly and efficient. No issues with the buses or the ride. 4 Stars.

Very good service; easy to contact. We had to make some changes four days before the event and the change fees were high (including a steep cancellation charge when we cut a bus -- charges were stipulated in the contract, however).

Our guests were comfortable, happy and arrived to and from our venue promptly. Would recommend this bus service to all of our friends and family for future use. The bus driver was friendly, kind and accommodating to our guests.

We hired First Charter Bus rental to transport our guests from hotel to wedding venue. They were on time to pickup our guests. The bus drivers were very friendly/cordial to our guests (received several compliments). We did have one early run back to hotel and that went well also. Little nervous about this but the bus was back at the venue on time for the 2nd run.
The agents who answered the phones when I called with different questions, were always pleasant and helpful.
I would highly recommend First Charter Bus.

Our driver I think here name was Mary. She was fantastic. We had a couple return rides back for people that wanted to leave a little earlier. One older couple she made sure they got in there house before she left. Mary did a great job and was a great driver.

Used First Charter for our wedding shuttle and they were great. Picked up everyone on time and got everyone safely to and from the venue and the hotel. Took multiple trips to the venue and back to the hotel so guests could leave at various times. Great transportation and a great price! Would use them again for any other events.

I've worked with this company many times in the past. They are great! JUST DO NOT BOOK LAST MINUTE with them. I won't go into detail because they did end up sending us a bus, it just came A LOT later than scheduled. Most of the guests ended up getting Ubers. Again, great company but my advice is to book your trip a few weeks or months in advance.

Excellent. The driver was waiting in the parking lot of hotel well before departure and ready to go when the event was over. Driver was nice and patient with our rowdy after wedding crew!

Glad we got affordable transportation for our wedding!!! Also it put our guests and wedding party at ease not having to drive. However the bus shuttling our guests was 15-20 minutes late for pickup and it delayed our wedding ceremony.

The shuttle was an hour late to the hotel to pick us up. He was supposed to be there at 4 showed up at 5 and the venue was 25mins away the ceremony started at 6:30. When I asked if he was going back for my groom and his groomsman he said no and showed me a paper that had a time slot of 4-5 I said well when you show up at 5 you should be making more than 1 trip and going to get my groom and he argued with me. He was late picking us back up at the venue at the end of the night got lost and took almost an hour to get back to the hotel and we had to direct him. He gave everyone whiplash with his driving and constant slamming on the breaks that people thought he was drunk. I called and spoke to the bus company and sent an email. They told me someone would contact me yesterday for a refund and I never received a call. Made my day insanely stressful and I was extremely dissatisfied

I rented a bus for a brewery tour for my husband’s 50th birthday. The prices were very reasonable and we had an excellent experience the day of. We had service from 1-4pm, and the driver showed up 30 minutes early which was amazing because the bus was able to be decorated and have coolers etc loaded on before. My husband showed up (it was a surprise for him). The driver was super friendly and professional!

My only complaint would be that the central phone number I used to make changes etc., was never direct to a person. I had to wait 10-30 minutes on hold, or leave my number to sometimes get a call back a day or two later. Sometimes I never got a call back. Otherwise I’m very happy and will definitely use the service again. Thank you!

From the initial call to reserve the buses to the final drop off, the service was professional and personal. I would recommend First Charter Bus Rental without reservation.
