First Charter Bus provided outstanding service, shuttling our guests from our wedding venue to the hotels. The drivers were prompt, courteous, and helpful. The rates are so competitive, but the service is 5-Star all the way.

First Charter made our group outing so smooth! Janelle, our bus driver, was amazing and on point! She had our back and got us to & from our event in a manner that was stress free. She was on time, communicative, and I couldn't have asked for anything more! I will definitely be going with First Charter in the future for any other trips!

We rented the bus to take our group of neighbors (kids and parents) to the zoo lights. First charter was easy to schedule, our driver was professional and courteous and he took the hassle out of driving and parking at a busy holiday event.

Driver was on time, very helpful, assisting mothers and small children as needed. There was a minor accident on the way, not our driver fault- car run into the bus - driver was very professional and made this unpleasant experience much less stressful for everybody. We really appreciate it!

We were mostly happy with the decision to use First Charter. The communication process early on was very seamless and the buses did arrive at the locations at the agreed upon times. The reason I had to rate this lower is because our wedding had to begin late because one of the drivers continued to make wrong turns. For a route that should have been a fairly direct 15 minute drive, we were very surprised by this and expected the driver to know the route we had requested. Ultimately, this through off the schedule for our wedding and cut into time we paid for the band to play.

I had confirmed and ordered 3 school buses to drive guests from my hotel to my wedding venue to leave the hotel no later than 5:45 for a 15 min drive for a 6:30 ceremony. First bus didn't show up until 6:25 with the others not until 6:45 delaying my whole wedding almost an hour. Very poor communication day of.

The only issue we had was in reconfirming the day of the function. The telephone number given was a recording so we didn't know if anyone was actually going to show up or not

Besides not guaranteeing a driver in the beginning of the process, the entire experience was great. Darnell (sp) the driver was great and I would highly recommend him again. He was on time, flexible, assisted with the passengers and our equipment and was perfect for our group

This bus company was excellent! I booked at the last minute and they were able to accomodate our request, and the turn around time took less than 24 hours. Thank you First Charter!!!!

The First Student drivers who picked my group up were absolutely wonderful. We had a brunch wedding celebration at the Peggy Notebaert Museum and needed transportation to the riverwalk for an afternoon boat cruise. I booked about a month in advance and they were so helpful during the booking process both over email and the phone. For a fifteen minute ride to and from, it was a great, affordable option compared to a luxury bus or trolley. Both drivers were so kind and navigated the very busy city streets on a Saturday seamlessly. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much, First Student!
