Best Decision!
Adding First Charter as a shuttle for our guests was one of the best last-minute wedding decisions we made! I’m so grateful for them. They gave the fairest price BY FAR after being deterred from so many quotes that were more than double the cost. Also, I never met our shuttle driver but I heard she was very nice and the timing was spot on for all departure and return trips! 10/10 would use them again.

Dealt with Ashley to set everything up. She could not have been more delightful or helpful. Top notch customer service! Then dealt with 2 drivers - Dolores and Autary, equally as professional, prompt and dependable. Great job First Student!

For the most part the experience was…
For the most part the experience was good. However, we asked the bus to wait for us for 10 mins as we were putting things in our car and the busses left without us.
We were the parents of the bride and paid for shuttle services and we missed the ride back to hotel.

Ladies Wine Tour - Perfect Day!
We had a fantastic day. The bus driver was very kind and flexible. The only feedback I'd give is that I think it would be helpful for the drivers to have a GPS system. Charlene was using map quest print outs so we had to help her quite a bit with directions. It was not a big deal at all, but I think for safety purposes moving forward the drivers should have gps!

We used First Charter for a wedding. I was not in the bus but our guests said it was very comfortable and convenient. They said the driver Denise was very helpful and Jew the route well.
