Ordered 3 items in mid November, as christmas presents. Received an email a few days later that 1 or more of my items were on pre-order and would be 8-12 weeks to ship. I was confused by this as i wasn’t told anything was on pre-order before i purchased. Had a look at my order and couldn’t see anything about pre-order, so went on the website and asked the chat bot, which looked at my order and said nothing was on pre-order. A few weeks go by and no notice that the order has shipped, so I email customer services and asked what’s going on, response says nothing is wrong and my order has been shipped, and they send a tracking link. Tracking link shows the label has been created, but nothing shipped, so i wait a few days before emailing again to ask for an update. This time i’m told 1 of my items is on pre-order and so nothing will be shipped till they are ready. To give credit, this customer service agent was very helpful, and actually took the item off of the order and refunded me so that the rest of my items could be shipped. However, it was too late!! It’s now christmas day and no sign of my order, and nothing to give to my partner other than a print out of the invoice….

Looking at the website now, the item is stated as pre-order but only when viewed as an individual listing. When i purchased, it was a discounted add on so no way of knowing that it was pre-order. And why are they suggesting pre-order items as add-ons?? Why does it take 8-12 weeks to get a pair of socks???

Disappointed doesn’t even cover it. Don’t buy from here without double and TRIPLE checking.

I ordered guitar picks and a few Vinyl Records. They arrived much quicker than expected. Packaging was great and items arrived in perfect condition.

I placed an order for Black Friday. And the package took a while to arrive but I received a small gift for the wait. The quality of the clothes is incredible. It fits very well. I will surely recommend later

Everything went great, bought the slide at black friday and they arrived dec 11 from Poland so no taxes because of eu. The slides run a little small so buy 1 size up, the quality is excellent tho, the sole is good to prevent flat feet, 10/10 recommend.

Took a while to get here, but when it arrived, I was very impressed! Quality was excellent. True to size. Love the band. Great design. Worth the cost.
