Ordered the Grizzly hoodie, was told by customer service that it would be shipped start of this week but still heard nothing! Emailed them again and have been ignored! So thinking of cancelling my order!

Amazing quality and truly great prints. We saw Slaughter to Prevail live and didn't want the concert to end and now we have shirts to match our love for the band. I cant wait until they come back.

The design on the Slaughter to Prevail with the Hello Kitty collaboration is awesome. One of the best poster collaboration I have in my possession. The STP guitar pin is sick and cool really love the pin alot. The pink hoodie collaboration with Baby Metal is nice although personally I find it too basic wish there were some sick design on the hoodie and wished they experimented a bit more. But nonetheless I love the hoodie with Baby Metal on it.

I ordered merchandise on 19 of Feb 2026. One of the items I have ordered I ordered I realised that I had clicked the wrong size. I then contacted via email to ask uf this could be rectified on 22nd February. I have had no reply to that email. I then emailed on 25th of February. I have had no reply to that email. I have contacted them three times on social media and they have twice told me to email again. And have not replied to the third correspondence. My order has also still not been shipped. Really poor customer service so far. Really disappointed.
