Getting approved to submit a request for free testing is a bit longer than you might like. But the turn around and the service is great! So great, I upgraded from a free account to a paid account.

Lots of updates and fast processing.

This would have been 5 stars in the beginning but their communication has been absolutely terrible since my results were sent to them. I was completely fine with the long estimated wait time because their prices are the cheapest I've found. That's not my issue. I ordered two tests at two different labs. One was a basic test and the other had endotoxins. I've asked several times for them to send the one that only had the basic test after finding out the one with endotoxins didn't have it in the test (they only told me after days of bugging them) but they continue to hold my other test hostage a week after being completed all because of the mess up on one of them. After many attempts to ask how long it would take and to just send me the one completed test, they sent me the incomplete test instead and ghosted me once again when I pointed out that it wasn't the one I was talking about. I don't know if maybe English isn't their first language that's causing the bad reading comprehension, and if that is the case I apologize, but this is some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I've had to make so many separate email attempts and they always stop replying after a couple replies, if that, and it's usually just repeating back what I already said to them. At this point I don't know if I'll ever get all my results. I may give them another chance and hope my results aren't screwed up again so it goes smoothly but I'm not sure yet since I haven't even gotten my first ones.
I truly hope they can work on their communication and customer service as it seems I'm not the only one that's dealt with this. Id love to be able to come back and update this if things improve just because I think their platform is really needed in the pep world.

I paid the 160 dollars plus the shipping to send it out, they told me the results came back but then tried charging me more money to see the result and coa. Not to mention I find out afterward that this is a broker not a lab themselves, you would be better off contacting a lab yourself.

This company was great with customer service and responding to questions. They email a little to much for me anyway, but, I would definitely use them again. Fast turn around with results.

I sent off all my samples as requested for free testing. Waiting my alloted time. Got the results, and the COA link is broken on all the tests i sent in and can only review the basic form. I emailed customer support, i "think its a bot" that basically telling me its not going to get fixed unless i pay to upgrade the test? Shitty business plots, wouldnt use this again if thats the shit ass response they give cause they cant fix there coa link process.

Tested my Reta and confirmed it was counterfeit product! So thankful for the test and quick turnaround.

Easy and painless

Finnrick’s customer support has been excellent at replying. Each time I've emailed them, I've received a response back within minutes. My experience with the testing timeline has been very different.

I submitted a free tirzepatide test request about 18 days ago. The order email said review “usually takes 1–2 business days” and that shipping instructions would follow approval. As of September 29, my request is still pending review, and I haven’t been able to mail the sample.

Finnrick’s help pages explain that free requests are approved as capacity allows and paid requests are prioritized. Support also clarified that the current 23–29 day median for similar tests applies after the sample reaches Finnrick, rather than to the time spent waiting for approval and shipping instructions. I appreciate that this information is available, but it should be much clearer in the order email and registration process. The 1–2 business day message set an expectation that has not matched my experience.

I’ll update this review when the test is complete. For now, the fast and courteous support deserves credit, but the wait before I can even send the sample has been frustrating.

Sent me the wrong results. And keep blowing me off via email when I ask for correct results. Admitted wrong. But didn’t fix it and send me my results

I sent Finnrick a sample for assessment, and they lost it. Mistakes happen, so I sent in a second sample. Since then, their support team has not responded.
Customer care is inconsistent at best. Only 4 of the 10 emails I've sent have gotten a reply, and getting any update on my samples has been nearly impossible. Their entire job is receiving and testing what customers send in, so losing a sample and then going quiet is a serious problem.
Until they can reliably track samples and answer their customers, I can't recommend Finnrick.

Took a month for results then there was an issue with the link they sent for me to retrieve my results. Sent them an email about the issue and they replied quickly and said it would be resolved shortly. It took several days for them to resolve a simple web link issue.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER USE
From start to finish, long wait times, loss of my samples, incorrect examination of my product, poor customer experience and explanation of poor work process or procedures. Wish I would have read the reviews vs just going cheapest option. Its worth the 60$ more to go with reputable companies. Don't waste your money here.!!!!

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They are completely unreliable, and their customer service is both inefficient and entirely useless.

It is virtually impossible to get in touch with them; they do not provide a contact phone number, and they either take weeks to reply to emails or simply ignore them altogether. I paid for an endotoxemia test, and I have now been waiting over two months for my Certificate of Analysis (CoA) report.

This level of communication and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Save your time and your money by looking elsewhere.

Test was done within the time they promised. It was simple dealing with them. The whole process was smooth! Got my results in an easy to read and understand form. Thank You for taking care of my needs!
