Honestly love this brand. This is my third order now and I've loved every single piece. I always get asked where my Fredi pants are from!

OMG, I have so much to say about this store! I ordered a pair of heels from the UK, and although they arrived, they were a bit small. It was a beautiful heels "Karla Pink Perspex Wedge Sandal" very reasonable price, with a good quality. I tried to process a return, to enable me place an order for a bigger size asap before it gets sold out, but wasn’t able to process the return form, so I reached out to their customer care via email.

To my greatest surprise, their response was incredibly fast, and they provided a solution right away. Not only was I refunded almost instantly, but I was also told to keep the heels and style them however I like!

This is honestly the first fashion store I’ve experienced that responds so quickly and goes the extra mile with such a kind gesture toward their customers.

Thank you, Finesse! I’ll definitely be coming back to shop more items. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love the dress I got from Finesse! It exceeded my expectations. The fabric quality feels amazing, soft yet durable, and really comfortable to wear. The fit is flattering and true to size, which made it even better. You can tell a lot of attention went into both the design and craftsmanship.

Super cute clothes, I wear a lot of their pants as a guy and they fit me perfectly. Really fair prices and love their designs, some of my fav pants in my wardrobe is from here

Absolutely SHIT quality with way too high prices. This is basic china/shein ultra fast fashion with LOW quality materials. Im so mad that i spent almost 800€ on this crap. AVOID.

J'ai reçu ma doudoune en bonne état, livré avec une pochette pour ranger la doudoune,2 stickers et un sachez avec 6 patch du logo de la marque de différentes couleurs. Le site et fiable je suis très satisfait je recommande très fort se site .

I ordered something and then realised I already have it, woops, so I send them an email asking them to cancel the order, they responded within minutes and helped me out amazingly.

I love the coat I ordered but it's the wrong size.
The returns form online keeps bringing up errors so I contacted customer service but no reply. I've followed up and still nothing.
I'd really love some help if possible as the coat is really lovely!

Ordered a £130 coat from here thinking it was coming from an actual shop but it is actually coming from China and is basically a drop shipping business with shein clothing. After 2 weeks and the tracking still showing it being in china I put in a refund request. Stay away.

I absolutely loved my clothes I got from here!! I’ve been seeing them on Instagram for a while but didn’t order until just recently. I got the Lindsay wrap dress and got so many compliments on it. Shipping was fast as well & my package was sent from a US warehouse so I’m surprised at some of the notes saying it comes from somewhere else. Honestly my new favorite store!

Super slow shipping with no updates. Quality is similar to shein with a higher price tag.

Die Qualität ist echt super! Für die Entfernung war der Versand auch ganz okay. Das einzig nervige war das nicht zu mir nachhause geliefert wurde sondern in einen Paketshop, welcher nicht konkret genannt wurde. Und ich habe auch keine Mail bekommen das es angekommen ist. Also für alle die sich fragen wo ihr Paket bleibt, guckt am besten in der zuletzt gesendeten Email von Finesse.us und dort steht ob es angekommen ist, meist im nächstes Paket Pick up Shop, bei mir war es DPD.
