Have enquired about a property and no reply.
I have messaged through Rightmove, no reply, called the office who even gave me the agents direct number..left a message..no reply...

Update: Now three days later since this review..still no reply

Update: Still no reply....I have sent an email to the one provided in your reply.... hopefully I might hear something...to be honest I'm losing interest...

Update: I have been told head office is looking into this.... still no reply to my original enquiry... regarding Peatling Parva property...just not good enough, I feel sorry for anyone selling with Fine & Country.

A very big thank you to Greg Perrins from the DERBY branch of Fine and country for providing exceptional professional service selling our property Highfield house in Heage.

From start to finish Greg was highly motivated and very conscious of the fact that we needed to find the right people for our family home.

We had fantastic feedback from Greg, which made the process easier to sever the emotional ties and proceed with the sale.

Greg has been supportive and personable throughout the process and has listened to all our requirements coupled with the Media team who were exceptional and the video and photos were brilliant which elevated the property to a different level.

Charlotte in the office who initially took my phone call was so enthusiastic made me feel immediately at home and I knew that we would have a good connection. Thanks to Darren who put our hardback brochure together which is a fantastic keepsake.

Valuation to marketing and exchange of contracts. Brochure was great. Staff are outstanding, so polite and knowledgeable.
The liaison lady assigned to us, Julie, went above and beyond to get the deal over the line and was truly superb.

Where do we start?!!
Josh and Charlie at Fine and Country South Bucks are, put simply, the best in the business!
They have dealt with our sale and new purchase in a very proactive manner meaning that we have got to exchange of contracts today in less than 8 weeks- and moving in just over two! Not bad going in the current property climate.

The things that made them stand head and shoulders above other estate agents were the following attributes:
. Superb communications via message, calls and email
. Friendly but professional at all times
. Empathetic attitude when challenges arose
. Fantastic understanding of our needs, so much that they found our next ‘forever’ home 🤣🤣 and helped us secure it straight away!

Darren and his team at Fine and Country did a great job in selling our property in the Brecon Beacons. We found Darren to be highly professional, completely trustworthy, and extremely affable. I sent a very simple question to the West Malling office about a property. I made it clear that I wanted an email reply. Instead I got a standard email response from a no-reply email address. The email did not address my question.
I had previously asked a verbal question of a different Fine & Country office and was bombarded with unwanted and irrelevant calls. They need to listen.

We found Jamie to be polite , friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail , answered all our questions, very patiently I might add . I felt the service he was offering will do the job

Over the years we have not had the best of experiences with estate agents, so I am heartened to be able to recommend Matthew with no reservations. He was honest, friendly, helpful and dealt with any hiccoughs effectively, liaising with solicitors and our buyers when necessary and keeping us informed all the way through what is a stressful and expensive procedure. The team at Diss were superb, excellent communication and professional service, special thanks goes to Tom who was thorough throughout keeping us updated promptly on viewings, feedback etc and added a lovely personal touch.

Would I use F&C North Kent again? No. Would I recommend them? No.
We used them because they were the agents for a property our daughter spotted in her village. We hadn't been thinking of moving, so we took them up on their offer of a slight discount: Christmas was coming and we didn't want to lose any time. They were absolutely clear that we were only moving to be near our daughter, and that we had to have 4 beds. and 2 baths.
The first disappointments were how slow they were. We paid the £654 fee for the brochure but it took longer than we'd anticipated, due in no small part to the number of errors in the Drafts. The worst one was the location map they used; it showed us as being in a continuation of the lane which becomes our road. I explained that we are are definitely in X Rd. and not Y Lane. They 'corrected' the error by relocating our house a ½mile to the west! Never once did anyone ever apologise for the inefficiency, even when I commented that I felt that I should get a cut of the upfront fee for the time and trouble they were costing me.
We didn't get the house we originally wanted and I gave a month's notice that we wouldn't be extending the contract.
I was surprised when my daughter told me they were still marketing our house. I emailed all 3 email addresses and asked them to stop and to confirm that they had done do. They took it off their site but no one ever emailed me (I got 3 read receipts so I hoped that I would)
I gave it 2 stars because Sarah was so good. But I've just remembered that when we finally got the brochure, there was quite a big error in it
