After my existing finance provider decided to not lend to me last second, I was put in a desperate situation. I was then introduced to Alastair and his service has been invaluable. Alastair pulled out all the stops to act quick and find a lender for me. Alastair presented multiple options and went through the pros and cons of each one to help me decide which lender would be best suited to me. Not only did Alastair provide a lender for me very quickly, the lender he provided changed better rates than my original lender saving me money on the fees.

Alastair was also there offering his usual 1st class customer service throughout the application process. There was a couple of bumps in the road during the application which he was at the end of the phone to help resolve.

I will be using Alastair for any future development lending and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service.

I approached Alastair last month when I was comparing bridging quotes for a property, being an ex-pat my case is slightly different to UK residents but Alastair made the process really simple, he even assisted me out of hours when I had queries and got me an agreement in principle within a couple of days. His quote came back considerably cheaper than another broker!

Unfortunately the property ended up going for too much but I am still on the look out for another investment property and will be using Alastair when bridging is required. Highly recommended. Thanks!

After explaining the services he offered Alastair took the time to discuss my requirements in detail. He explained what lenders he would approach and what the expected timeframes for replies would be. When they were missed he confirmed he had chased the missing lenders as he wanted to compile a whole list for me to review. He sent me the whole list with his thoughts as to each offer and the plus points and minus points for each lender. He then explained the application process and the expected timeframe for the process. I was really impressed with the service Alastair provided.
