We approached Alastair because we needed bridging finance for two blocks of flats that we had title split. Once of them was an auction purchase. Alastair was recommended to us and we also saw webinars in which his firm explained the title split strategy. He lived up to expectations. Very helpful in securing the bridging finance we needed and also refinancing onto term mortgages. Very happy with the service.

Imogen was able to get us quotes so quickly in less than 2 days so we knew exactly how much we could borrow and at what rates. This made us so much more confident going into the auction knowing we have terms from lenders so if we won we could easily get the bridge completed within the auction time frames. Unfortunately, we didn’t win at auction but will definitely be coming back to Finanze, as not only did Finanze find us a lender they also gave us so much detail about refinancing off the bridge and our options there with us being first time landlords.

Totally recommend Finanze - Ben helped us get Bridging Finance in place for a large complicated Auction purchase (Freehold of a Gated Housing Estate of 40 properties !)
