Very professional, quick return of calls and great people

I recently had the pleasure of utilising Finance One and I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience. From start to finish, the level of service I received was nothing short of outstanding.

After hitting a point of financial struggle, Alex made it really easy to break down my loan repayments for a period we both agreed on to help me out in my current situation. I signed on for a loan that was $14,990 in September of 2022, this was for the car and the documents that I signed stated this was the cost, I then received a statement in May of this year and was shocked to discover literally thousands of dollars of hidden costs that I was entirely unaware of including but not limited to:
Application Fee: $995.00
Warranty: $2000 (which I was not provided documents for)
Origination Fee: $990
Brokerage Commission Fee: $1495.12
Risk Fee: $1495.00
and an interest rate that is unsustainable and clearly taking advantage of people, the loan went up to more than $25,112.59 between September and May and I made regular weekly payments.

I have been trying to log back in and see my newest account statement which I have been unable to do as their system seems to be "unable to find me" but they have absolutely no problem straight up stealing from my bank account, further more I signed all documents in person, on site at Vehicle Masters in Caboolture, I have copies and yet there is nothing stating the added costs.

If I had known what the hidden costs were I'd never have entered into this contract, I had left a 15 year marriage due to DV and had become a support worker, the vehicle I had at the time was unsuitable to cater to clients in wheelchairs so I needed a car with boot space at the back for work purposes, I explained this and was told they could help me.

Turns out I was just a naive dollar sign to them, please, please do not waste your time or your hard earned money on this company, this was not worth the cost.
It's going to cost me almost double what I signed on for to pay this back and if I pay it early there is an additional 40% fee to pay so I'm utterly f*cked either way.

Just don't do it.
