I’d like to share my appreciation for the outstanding support from Patrick Zhou in the Finsure Loans Bridge Credit Team.
Patrick was incredibly patient and professional in reworking a complex bridging loan that initially appeared straightforward. When the deal progressed to formal approval, the title structure required the application to be completely reworked and split between the sale and purchase. Despite the added complexity, Patrick handled it calmly and efficiently, with a clear understanding of what needed to be done. His knowledge and experience truly stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

A big thank you as well to Mitri Bosheh, my BDM, for his responsiveness and proactive support throughout the process. He was quick to return calls and shared the same can-do attitude in getting the deal across the line.

I really value the opportunity to work with such capable and dedicated professionals, and I look forward to doing more bridging loan deals with the Finsure Loans Bridge team in the future. When 'another' Bridging Loan Provider completely "screwed-up" a perfectly good Bridging Loan Transaction and left us with minimal time in which to complete, Bridgit stepped-up in all facets of the process. Without the OUTSTANDING EFFORT provided by my BDM (Lucas) and the professional approach of the Credit Team (Richard), the Transaction could have easily have been 'lost'! On a 'final' note (and not detracting from the combined Team Effort), it would be remiss of me not to also acknowledge the work done right at the end by Oleg (New BDM in NSW). I have been a mortgage broker for over 15 years. I presented a very unique and complicated case to Sam and the team at bridge it and they were able to approve and settle the deal in a record time. They delivered on every promise with speed and accuracy. Amazing outcome for the clients.

The team (BDM, credit assessor, other support staff) worked hard to get the deal through and make common sense decisions on exceptions and policy when it made sense. Communication and process was excellent.

If you have a very simple situation they might be ok as they will be able to make their money easily.
In our situation they bypassed our broker and sent incorrect documentation indicating we had loan approval which turned out to be incorrect and inaccurate.
This occurred on multiple occasions which caused us great stress and significant additional legal costs relating to our purchase. They have been promising a resolution however they have failed to honour this.
I would definitely not recommend this company

AVOID!
Had the worst experience with this company. There are ridiculous set up fees which for us was about $17.5k. Our broker recommended this “great new product” but after further investigation discovered the only reason our broker recommended them was because of the upfront 0.35% commission! Plus trailing commission.
The were horrendous to deal with and the payout figure given was huge and I knew it did not add up. Turns out it was $394k out! They had discharged our existing loan twice! When we asked for an itemised statement showing how they got to this figure the could not produce one. It took 2 weeks and had to reach out to senior management to handle it.
Right up to the very end it was issue after issue and they had no idea what was going on and held up the process which we missed our settlement date by 2 weeks and had to give prior occupancy to our buyers.
After further investigation of other financial institutions like St George, Westpac, Commonwealth etc, there are no or very little set up fees, but coincidental no commission for brokers.
Don’t be fooled and stick to the big banks!

From lodging the application to settlement, this was one of the best lending experiences I've had in a long time.

To start with, the lodgement software was extremely easy to use as a first time user and it took very little time to complete.

Settlement was urgent as my client had missed the required settlement date on a court order so we had to settle within a week of lodgement to avoid the possibility of a firesale of the property. Bridgit pulled out all stops to be able to settle on time, including multiple follow ups a day to check progress and provide workarounds.

This was the first time my finance broker, Anthony @ htafinance, used Bridgit and certainly won’t be the last. I was having problems securing bridging finance, for my elderly mother, from banks and privately funded lenders who were proving to be ridiculously expensive. Anthony and Bridgit came to the rescue with super competitive rates, well organised and easy to complete application. There were a couple of issues on final settlement which were due to my conveyancing solicitor which Bridgit navigated in a timely manner with no fuss. Could not recommend more highly. I went through a Mortgage Broker, Hannah Fox from Mortgage Choice in Wantirna in Melbourne. She helped me navigate all the documentation that was required by Bridgit. The entire experience was positive, professional and very efficient . I was so impressed by both Bridgit and Hannah Fox. I am not sure why I bothered to deal with my bank the NAB at all.

Bridgit were super quick in valuing both properties and giving unconditional approval within 48 hours of valuation report. That is great service.
We had given up getting a response back from our bank, i.e. 5 weeks after application, as it was a bridging loan. Bridgit came to the rescue. Yes you pay a little more but it is worth it.
Twice I requested statement of accounts and I received initial personal response of acknowledgement within an hour and the statement emailed next business day. Their service has been nothing but exceptional.
