Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie. Ils ne se trouvent pas à l’aéroport et les indications n’étaient pas fournies pour que nous puissions retrouver la navette. Après de longues minutes d’attente et des difficultés à repérer la navette en question, nous arrivons au bureau de location. Les employés sont apparemment sympathiques et nous fournissent des explications extensives sur la caution à remettre qui nous sera rendue en fin de location. À notre retour, l’accueil est glacial et désagréable, nous sommes renvoyés très rapidement sans pouvoir poser de questions. Et nous ne reverrons jamais cette fameuse caution qui s’avère en réalité être une taxe faite en cas de paiement par carte de débit (alors que j’ai proposé de payer en carte de crédit et qu’il m’a été garanti à l’oral que cela n’engendrait aucune différence de frais) Les employés se sont montrés malhonnêtes et peu clairs pour nous tromper, et deviennent carrément agressifs lorsque confrontés à leurs actions. ÉVITEZ CETTE ARNAQUE A TOUT PRIX !

We would like to clarify that the security deposit is a refundable amount held as a guarantee and is released after the vehicle is returned, within the timeframes specified by your payment provider. Any surcharge applied for rentals without a valid credit card is not a security deposit and is therefore non-refundable. This fee is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of booking and again at vehicle collection.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle carefully before leaving and to report any discrepancies immediately so they can be verified and documented.
We remain committed to ensuring a transparent and fair rental process for all our customers and are always available to review any concerns through our Customer Service team.
Avoid
The car wasn’t washed when we picked it up in Brindisi , it was very dirty disguising the many scratches & dents . The petrol tank was only 3/4 full . When we returned it we were told to pay for multiple scratches on the rear bumper however our photos showed those scratches matched exactly those on the front of the car .. was this deliberate? I think so . Fortunately our photos showed they had made ‘an error’ by not including this damage . We also returned it with more petrol as hard to get it exact at 3/4 full . Please avoid this company as it will happen to you .

It was very very bad because they scammed us and said their was a scratch that was there before and we got Proof on that. There was also a diaper in the car when we got it. Please don’t rent cars from here!

Abbiamo prenotato in anticipo e ci hanno fatto un preventivo invitate, quando siamo arrivati hanno inventato scuse varie e hanno aumentato il prezzo di oltre 500€ per la stessa macchina scelta con lo stesso servizio prenotato online. Quando abbiamo chiesto di poter disdire per andare altrove a trovare un prezzo più basso, ci è stato detto che se avessimo disdetto, avremmo dovuto comunque pagare la cifra.
Una truffa a tutti gli effetti.

Pertanto, quanto riportato in merito all'obbligo di pagare la cifra anche annullando la prenotazione non corrisponde al vero. Inoltre, eventuali variazioni rispetto al preventivo possono verificarsi esclusivamente in presenza di richieste aggiuntive o di modifiche rispetto a quanto inizialmente concordato e vengono sempre comunicate e motivate.
Rimaniamo a disposizione per chiarire qualsiasi eventuale malinteso.

It is only related to customers who choose to use a debit card instead of a credit card for the security deposit.
