I’ve ordered over a dozen times from Fillerhouse the past two years. Every time I’ve received genuine products approved by FDA/KFDA/CE, with expiration dates at least one year from purchase. Their customer service is responsive, and the few times I’ve had a glitch with an order, they corrected it promptly. Fillerhouse is my go-to trusted supplier for aesthetics.

I have been a customer for about a year now. They have great products, fast and friendly shipping. Very importantly for our safety, they only sell genuine products. And about 3 to 4 times a year, they have amazing sales!
I highly recommend!

Super Fast shipping!!! I ordered on Monday, it was here on Thurday !
communication is key with them though, I emailed them a few times with all paid reciepts. If you order from them from the USA its a bit confusing, the 1st time, you create your order and then you have to use a wire transfer app like Remitly to send the total amount due, once you have paid for your order , you must then email them the paid information with the order number .

I am very fond of this company. Their shipping is super fast, and they always sending small gifts. I am reading bunch of negative reviews, ppl saying that FH take money from bank account, I always send them money with wise.com for my orders, and I never was scammed or haven't received my items. They also running various sales on the major holidays, u need to look out for sales ending on Korean time, u can see Korean time right on their website in left top corner. Thank u FILLERHOUSE.

Customer Service is outstanding, I was having a problem with place my order during a sale and the sale ended, and they still gave me the sale price🫶

Stubbled upon them on a rabbit hole I went down on Reddit and so glad I did! After comparing prices they really can't be beat, and the shipping was through FedEx and was at my door in just a few days. Always a couple of freebies to try and the customer service is top notch!

I've bought all my products here for the last 3 years. Amazing customer service. I was traveling in Hawaii, and I had a issue with delivery. I never got my package it went to my old address in Arizona. I called them and they resent my order to the right place for me. No questions asked. They just helped. Great products. I really can't say enough good things about this company. In a world where it's more buyer beware than customer care, I really appreciate them. Oh they have really good sales too.

I dont have enough words to praise the outstanding customer support of FillerHouse.
They exceeded, by far, anything you are intended to expect from and online overseas store.
Long story short, I had problem with the import, they offered many ways to solve the problem and were willing to accept other suggestions from my part.
They always reply quickly and ship amazingly fast (got my order 48hrs after I asked to reship!!!).
Dont let the payment procedure (wise transfer) deter you. This a perfectly safe way to pay and several Korean shop use this system verified by Visa and MasterCard.
The price are outstanding and still, this is real stuff!

This company has excellent customer service as well as a variety of wonder products!

Complex payment system requiring payment via credit card to be treated as cash withdrawal through 3rd party payment system for which you have to create another account. Then, once paid, you must email company with receipt of payment made and your order number. This is way too complex for many persons and creates undue risk and protection for the customer. Come on Fillerhouse, you have great products, get with the international community and directly process via credit card payment on your website!!! This is business 101 and unbelievable in today's business world.

Coupon codes never work and often expire before the advertised times. Feels a tad scammy.

I am still trying to figure out the wire transfer setup and would love to hear from anyone on how to do that. M

First time order….I was having problems paying with cc and had given up, but I received msgs from the staff w links and was able to make my purchase. I find the selection here is very good, the staff and support is excellent and very fast to reply! AND, I ordered late on a Wednesday and my package arrived Friday morning!! I highly recommend Fillerhouse. It is definitely one of my new faves.

Fillerhouse is the only company I use to order products from Korea. I have never had a problem. The communication is great, they were sold out of something I ordered, they reached out and went above and beyond to replace the item. I've been with them for about 2 years and highly recommend using them. Their prices cannot be beat!!

I was a bit hesitant to order at first but I'm glad I did, ordered from there 50% off sale, great bargains, good communication and quite fast delivery considering I'm in the uk. Great company. 👍

I have read the reviews. The negatives I've heard mentioned are easily addressed. From Maryland, I have placed multiple orders with Filler House. I have also exchanged emails with their customer service manager. I have placed orders with shipping costs and orders with free shipping.

All of my experiences with
Filler House have been excellent with great customer service. Expect email replies from customer service based on their time zone, not yours. Common sense. They do respond to emails by the following business morning. Orders are always shipped the same day they are placed!! Shipping is fast and efficient, 3-5 days. Without border delays. I have purchased refrigeration required products. Despite a snow storm delay across the country, out of their control, my order arrived perfectly cold. Filler House has a large variety of quality products. As well as 'buy more pay less' bundles for the lowest prices available.

The only down fall is that International Priority Shipping does not deliver on the weekend. I have found placing my order on Monday or Tuesday is delivered to the US East Coast by Friday of the same week.

I highly recommend Filler House for all your skin care needs.

Fillerhouse is great. The communication is a little slow (probably partly because of the language barrier and how busy they are) but the products are legit and at a great price. I've ordered from them 3 times now and will continue to do so.
