I highly recommend them to anyone for your skincare needs. I have never been displeased with anything I’ve received and they always include free masks in their package with your purchase. I have been ordering from this company since 2021, many times lol. They have amazing sales and the products are genuine. There have been some hiccups at no fault of theirs but because of my countries customs. Every time they have offered to help resolve the issue with happy resolution. The methods of payment are not ideal but it just takes a few extra steps. There are other companies but I always come back here because their sales are the best.

I recently purchased rentox from fillerhouse, and I’m really happy with the results! The product was authentic, well-packaged, and delivered as expected. After my treatment, I noticed a smoother and more refreshed appearance within a few days. The injection process was quick and relatively painless, with minimal redness or swelling. I’ll definitely be purchasing again when it’s time for a touch-up!

Had an issue with a product that I had purchased, emailed them one day, they replied the next, apologising and putting a credit on my account.
Also I live in Australia and find the shipping to come quite quick !!.

I absolutely love Fillerhouse!! They are extremely trustworthy and very quick to ship orders. Their products are always the best quality, and I have ordered from other companies. Their customer service is quick to respond and their payment methods are also easy and reliable.

I had a frustrating experience with Filler House. After paying for my order, not only did they end up taking a cash withdrawal from my credit card, incurring additional fees, but they delayed shipment by a month for an item marked in stock. When I requested a refund, they refused to return the money to my original payment method and instead demanded my bank details. This is not standard practice and raised serious security concerns. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with their snarky Jivo Manager contact, they continued ignoring Visa’s refund policies to refund using the original payment method. I was forced to file a chargeback dispute through my credit card. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Avoid Filler House if you value your time, money, and security. Just search them on Reddit for proof.

My experience with Filler House for over 5 years: high quality products, quick response to my questions/comments, easy payment method, all products are delivered in excellent condition everytime I make an order small or large, I always get a gift like face masks (love surprises).

If I had 10 more stars to add….. I 100% would!!!! I was a first time buyer and nervous admittedly, but I took the plunge. I could not be happier I did, because this company has my full confidence and adoration!! As we age as women our youthful beauty begins to slip away and most of us would give both our arms for it back. The beauty industry KNOWS this and without a second thought…CAPITALIZE, greatly on it! Fillerhouse, is AMAZING!!! This is a well organized, transparent, well ran business that is a soft landing spot for those of us who dont want our youthful beauty to slip away so fast, while also NOT breaking the bank!!! The customer service?!?! Even better than the pricing, and I MEAN that, but you can also see it!!!! Shipping, is lightening fast! I got the notification my order was processed, then shipped, it arrived in California in one day !!!! Ladies…. Do not hesitate if nerves or safety is a concern. you choose if you feel safe? i placed an order and planned on using the wise transfer option so i could use my debit card. wise wasnt working go i went back to the only other choice which was remitly aso i placed the order, and sent them a reciept a few hours later i got an email telling me that i sent it to the wrong bank acct nunber cuz wise has a different one than remitly? it told me to go change it???didnt give me any help on how this could even be done with a wire in progress??? then? then i went to remitly and read that if you send to the wrong bank acct you could very well lose your money? ok so now i was panicking. it was $300 bucks! i sent 1 or 2 more emails to fillerhouse askiing for help asap to fix this-both ignored. went back to remitly and then read that they themselves recommend you only using their service for people i know and trust like family???oh no, so full panic now. however i called remitly and then guided me thru just stopping the wire completely. i am angry that i was not aware that wise and remitly have different transfer info. kinda wonder why? but oh well. then i am angry that their site-filler house does NOT tel you that. i cant be the only person who tried on wire service, gave up and used the other. if you read other reviews you can see other people have had issues with this also, yet they havent made it more clear, and they also are still using a pmt method that even tells you not to use them for companies??? lol remitly says, friends or family. yes i made mistakes with fillerhouse. many of them. no more using any company that doesnt have much better help with customer care. and or one that doesn have their big girl pant on and do their own financial methods. this 3rd party stuff is just not safe. fillerhouse acted as tho i made a mistake, and i should correct it myself not good business BUT hey you decide JUST dont make any mistakes :)

Fillerhouse is SHADY. I feel 100% scammed. I purchased items on 18 April, paid immediately through their Kookmin Bank account transfer. They sent an email saying my order had been cancelled. I responded, "Why? I paid immediately" They then responded that the package was on the way. I waited and waited and they said it had been sent to a PA address. I live in AK. I know no one in PA. Apparently the PA customer had a similar bill so the sent the order to them.
We went back and forth and they told me I had to pay the $35 shipping fee again to receive my package since they would be losing money anyway.
WTH?? I ordered, paid, never got it and they required a second shipping fee to receive it???

PISSED.
I tried to dispute the charge through my credit card but it shows up as a cash advance since it was deposited to an overseas account.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am out $185 with nothing to show for it but a bunch of nasty emails from a company who is too stupid to double check where they are shipping their packages.
