I have been asked by Fidler & Pepper to write a review.
Their email said: "Wondered if you’d be willing to please complete a review on your experience with us. You can leave a review on TrustPilot using the link below. Your case was handled by Lauren Evans and Lauren Spencer. If it isn’t any trouble, please mention our names as this is something our bosses look out for!"
The role of a Conveyancing solicitor is generally straightforward yet their fees are high and generally unavoidable.
My overall experience of the staff was that Laura was fine and consistent, but Lindsay was unhelpful and obstructive - despite the fee paid for the service.
I had a number of email exchanges with Lindsey and could not make progress, so I telephone and found her to be equally quarrelsome and reactive on the phone.
Fidler & Pepper's reception staff are equally as acerbic. One lady answered the phone with an annoyed "Hello. Hang on, someone's try to open the door" (Yes, I was confused).
I think complacency sets in when (like insurance) compulsory service providers feel they can treat customers as though they are an inconvenience.
Nothing to like about this experience.
Very poor at worst. Below average at best.
Arrogant and careless.

Stress Free Re-Mortgage Process
Ryan made the re-mortgage process really easy for us. It was a smooth transition throughout and any questions we had he answered via telecom or email promptly. If Ryan hasn't been available the team have been able to answer my questions with no problem and in detail.
