Avoid - overpromise and under deliver
We engaged Fibbl with high expectations based on the initial demonstration and level of product and service offered. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short of what was presented and promised.
The core issue was the quality and usability of the product. The 3D assets and imagery delivered did not meet the standard required and agreed upon for a premium brand environment and were not aligned with what had been demonstrated during the sales process. As a result, we were unable to properly use or benefit from the service and had significant lost sales as a result of the faulty product delivered.
The team were extremely slow to deliver and did not adhere to the project timeline.
Despite multiple attempts to raise these concerns early and work towards a constructive solution, progress was extremely limited. While Mattias Österberg presented himself as helpful and promised a resolution, in practice he did nothing but over promise and we did not receive meaningful support or a workable resolution to the underlying issues. The product and service simply was not what was presented and promised. Extremely misleading and somewhat deceptive sales pitch which makes you question the ethical practices of Fibbl management.
We discontinued use of the platform almost immediately as the product was unusable, having invested both time, costs and additional internal resource adapting our website to accommodate the faulty service. Overall it reduced performance of our website due to the faults of the product and was a net cost to our business.
What has been most disappointing is the way the situation has been handled commercially by Mattias and Fibbl. Rather than reaching a fair and proportionate resolution the matter was escalated externally with legal demands.
Based on our experience, we would strongly advise other brands, particularly those with a high standard of a visual presentation, to proceed with extreme caution before working with Fibbl.
