THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE REPUTATION FOR NOT HONORING WARRANTY REPAIRS.
FIRSTLY AND IMPORTANTLY:
DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5-YEAR WARRANTY, THEY WILL MAKE EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO CHANGE OVER A FAULTY UNIT! JUST A MARKETING PLOY.
THEY ARE THE MOST DISHONEST BRAND,
ACTUALLY THEY ARE THIEVES FOR NOT RETURNING MY UNIT.
Their 5 year warranty is a big LIE! They will do anything to get out of changing a faulty unit.
Do not trust their warranty process, they manipulate the situation by producing test results in their favor & keep the unit only to cease all communication!

THEY HAVE TAKEN MY UNIT FOR TESTING, CLAIMING THEY ARE NOT AT FAULT, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR IT TO BE RETURNED SO I CAN CONDUCT EXTERNAL TESTING, THEY HAVE CLAIMED TO RETURN IT AND SENT ME AN INCORRECT TRACKING CODE THAT DOES NOT EXIST, confirmed by Australia POST.
IT HAS NOW BEEN ONE MONTH AND STILL NO SIGN OF THE VAPORISER UNIT.
THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY BEHAVIOUR....WHY DO THEY NOT WANT ME TO TEST IT EXTERNALLY?
WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO HIDE?
THEY ARE WITHHOLDING MY UNIT AND LIED ABOUT MAILING IT BACK TO ME!

POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS WITH POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
They are the exclusive distributor of Vicks Home Health products including vaporizers, inhalants, and thermometers in Australia and New Zealand. That company is FGB Natural Products (Felton Grimwade & Bosisto’s Pty Ltd), and after our experience, I would strongly urge anyone to avoid both the products and the distributor entirely.
We purchased two Vicks Warm Steam Vaporizers, trusting the brand to provide safe, reliable relief for our children but what we got was a nightmare.
Both units were noisy, disruptive, and inconsistent, producing steam intermittently or not at all. One unit tripped the power in our home, raising serious electrical safety concerns and was unable to emit any steam at all, which is its basic purpose.
These products are cheaply made in China, of low quality, and in our view, unsafe for use in children’s bedrooms or any environment where health and safety are important.
But what’s even worse than the faulty products? The utterly disgraceful customer service from FGB.
Rather than owning the issue and resolving it, they’ve done nothing but deflect.
The question is why would i go to all the effort of returning the unit by post if there is nothing wrong with it? They are greedy and would rather refute the safety issues than fix or replace the unit that probably costs them $1 to produce in China!
Don't trust you will get anywhere with this family-owned business, cause its all about PROFITS! Emails, including those directed to senior management, have been ignored. The dismissive culture starts at the top; management doesn't care.
They do not have good practices as Vicks’ parent company, Procter & Gamble (P&G), still tests on animals, despite mounting ethical concerns.
The vaporizers contain questionable materials, and there are credible warnings about their safety around infants and toddlers. Yet they refute the serious issues, ignoring all my questions and concerns. Don't spend your money on this brand, 100% un-Australian and undeserving. Pure Greed and dishonesty.

This isn’t a one-off bad experience; this is a reflection of a broader systemic failure from both Vicks and their Australian distributor, FGB. Their refusal to take responsibility shows they care more about profits than people.
Avoid Vicks. Avoid FGB. YOU WILL GET NO SUPPORT, NO ANSWERS AND NO RESPECT.
Your health, your children, and your money deserve better.

If there are three products I can't live without its your lavender, tea tree and eucalyptus oils, (in all forms - water soluble, essential oil, sprays). ♡
I've also found some other products that have appeared in the supermarkets over the last year and loving all of those too. The handwash is amazing... i feel like I'm in a day spa everytime i wash my hands. The aroma is the best... please dont change the formula!
Love every product i have tried and happy to be supporting Australian products and Australian owned companies.

Reason for low score is that I could not get the eucalyptus oil shipped to uk and the that it did not say anywhere this was so until I tried to pay for it. The actual product is great - I bought some in Australia when we lived there 11 years ago and it is still as fresh as when we bought it. The bottle is very nearly empty now!!

I love all the FGB products and have been using them for quite a while and will continue to do so.

Amazing products that you know aren't going to harm you or the environment. They smell great and do an amazing job on cleaning our clothes, house and our hands and body. Love them all so much.

How do you open the bottle no one to contact to instruct me eucalyptus oil

I have been a keen user of Bosisto's Eucalyptus Oil 100% Pure (200ml) and the Eucalyptus Spray Cans for two-decades on a daily basis. I notice that from this year (2018) the Bosisto's Eucalyptus Oil has near priced off the market shelves (Coles Supermarket) where the price shot up from about $12 to now around $18 for suddenly not the standard 200ml Bosisto's bottle, suddenly the bottle is now 175ml for near $18 at Coles ($9 for spray cans), Kings Cross, NSW 2011 - over $18 at pharmacies. The last Bosisto's (175ml) bottle of 100% pure Eucalyptus Oil I purchased from Coles, had the non-Eucalyptus odour and more to the pungent scent of a certain Chinese import over ten-years ago onto supermarket shelves claiming to be 'Eucalyptus' yet the scent being nothing like Eucalyptus Oil and not fit to use with a very offensive odour. I purchased the mentioned Bosisto's Eucalyptus 100% Pure Oil (Bach No: 631/3 09/2021) when Coles had a rare one-day sale, that has the now 175ml bottle of Bosisto's 100% pure Eucalyptus Oil selling for about $14, and the spray cans from $9 down to $7. Sadly, Bosisto's Eucalyptus are pricing themselves off the Australian home grown market.

Clements Iron is a unique product in that it offers the best value for money of all iron supplements I have tried. I have been using this product daily )in my morning orange juice) for over 30 years. The delivery of iron is in a form that is most easily absorbed by your body, it tastes okay and doesn't leave you constipated as do tablet iron supplements. Full marks to Clements Iron.

Thank You FGB for these wonderful products. Since starting to use them about 12 months ago, I have not gone back to my old products. I feel safe using them in all different situations in our home. Thank you too for the prompt and efficient service and delivery.

even tho i love the bulk eucalyptus for my cleaners it has jumped up in price by around $45 in one year. I understand things do go up but that is a huge jump
