Don’t buy from this company. I purchased two item, but didn’t receive any of them. I received an empty box with white paper packaging only. I emailed them and they refused to help , they are the most helpful company. I’m not sure this place exists. I am now out of pocket without my items. So please DONT but from them

I placed an order for perfume for mother's day. After 2 week's i got an email having contacted the company stating a replacement was being sent due to a transit issue. Its nearly 3 weeks since i ordered and paid and still nothing. I tried to telephone but the number comes up spam. Very concerning.

Delivery took almost 3 weeks , paid for item to be gift wrapped and it wasn’t didn’t offer me a refund!!

Ordered aftershave, 3 weeks later nothing.
Asked for a refund, told it would take 3 to 10 working days.
Over 2 1/2 weeks later, nothing.
I have asked 3 times when the payment was SENT, each time fobbed off with it was "processed" on 5th Feb, and I must chase my bank!!!!
Avoid this company, they use Evri for deliveries and they are useless too.
Now got hassle of chasing refund with credit card or even small claims court. Its not hard to send a package or a refund, but it is for these people. Dreadful.
UPDATE:
Just received refund 21st Feb.
So from ordering on 16th January, to 21st Feb nothing but hassle, don't you think?

Placed an order on the 15th of January and I am still yet to receive it . I have requested a refund multiple times which in the beginning was just ignored and is now be refused as they say the goods were dispatched on the 12th of Feb. However the tracking number they sent says Royal Mail is yet to receive the item.
So 1 month in and still no closer to receiving my item or a refund . Wish I had read these reviews first .
Absolutely awful customer service , operates like a scam website.

Wish I had paid more attention to the reviews on here before ordering. Order is delayed. Have been sent a goodwill discount code for any future order, but not offered any compensation for the order still outstanding. Safe to say the discount code will not be used, as I will not be using this site in future.

Ordered perfume on the 14th January - still not received. After a week or so I messaged as I hadn’t received the perfume, they then refunded me 5% deposit and said it would be a few more days…. Days later still not received so I messaged again, they said a replacement would be sent out and I would get shipping and tracking numbers once done …still received none of this. I have messaged a further few times with no response and today have asked for a refund , still no reply.

Excellent product at a good price. Will shop there again.
