Ordered a tube of expensive body lotion. Took ages to come and when it came it was a gift and not in a box and not even security sealed (as if it had been used) however arrived on the day of my friends birthday so culdnt do anything but give it to her felt totally embarrassed. Scam company do not use.

BEWARE! This is a fake company and is affiliated with lookincredible.com, also have a look at their reviews on here, this company went into liquidation in January it’s on the government website! I’m still awaiting a refund for goods not delivered and have had to go through my bank for chargeback! Company is a scam! Don’t fall for it

Be aware of the 5 star reviews as they will be faked by the company. I wish I’d been sensible enough to have read other reviews before buying, but hey - I’ve paid the price! They take orders for products they don’t have in stock and even when they confirm you will be refunded, never do. I suspect that this ‘company’ is a front for other organised crime or just fake, at best. Steer away - this is another fraudulent operation. You may pay more at Boots, but you’ll at least get your stuff!

We ordered the product in last week of March and didn’t receive until end of April. Requested for refund the money and haven’t received the money until 15th May. No response from email and not picking up the phone. I don’t know how this possible and they are doing business. This is a fake company and fake business. Please don’t order anything from this company. Absolutely rubbish service and disgusting customer service.

My order was cancelled by the company 2 April 2024. Despite five emails requesting my refund I have had no replies. Very disappointed. Please think twice about ordering!

Place order, took my money sent date for delivery which has been on gone. No update. Sent email which said you reply but best to phone customer service. Phone line does not work. 2nd email sent, no response still. Really want my item or money back.

Ordered an item almost a month ago. No update since and item still hasn’t arrived. Emailed customer service and received an automatic reply saying id be contacted in 24 hours. No contact since and still no item. I will never use them again and I recommend no one else does. Feel like they’ve stolen money at this point.

I’d be able to review my purchase if I had actually received it!!! Ordered on March 17, today is May 8, still not received my item!!

One item arrived promptly as expected, the other took nearly two weeks to ship, the contact number never connected and I sent multiple emails without receiving any response.
