Many automotive manufacturers offer different brake packages for their vehicles. Often, this can result in the same year, make, and model cars having different-sized rotors and pads due to different options/packages ordered during the vehicle's production. Purchased pierburg water pump house, that comes thermostat and tem sensor.
The thermostat not opened at 110c!
Do not buy from fcpeuro.com! Pierburg water pumpkit!
Now the company asking proof of pictures of the failed thermostat & temperature.
That's mean I need to reinstall the defected parts, and owerheat my engine again for taking a picture!

Hello,
While we did reach out and ask for any pictures or information you have documenting the issue, we are not requiring you to reinstall the defective part and potentially cause issues with your car. When we saw the mention of the specific temperature readings (110 degrees), we thought that there might be a chance we could obtain some documentation (to send to the part manufacturer), but we certainly wouldn't want to cause more problems.
Based on the extra information you were able to provide, we believe we can provide a resolution. I will be sending over an email with more details momentarily.
