Fabulous
From tile samples to the full order the whole process was flawless.
All arrived on time and intact (which I wasn’t expecting!) and even the delivery driver was lovely.
I highly recommend Fayrouz tiles to everyone looking for high quality tiles you just can get anywhere else.

Tiles were great and look fabulous now…
Tiles were great and look fabulous now they're up. Service was good too.
What was not good was the recommended tile cement/grout. The recommendation for the number of tiles was 2x3kg bags but the first bag was finished after barely 1/4 of the tiles were up. I saved the other to grout with but that went off far too quickly to finish the job.
So in summary everything was excellent apart from the cement which was rubbish.

Hi Ric,
Thank you for your review — we’re really pleased to hear the tiles look great now they’re installed and that you were happy with the service.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the adhesive and grout. The quantities suggested on our website are estimates based on standard assumptions. In practice, factors like surface conditions, tile size, application method and working time can all affect how much is needed and how quickly the product sets.
We’ll take your comments on board, and if you ever need guidance on quantities for a specific project, our team is always happy to help.
Many thanks,
Fayrouz Tile & Stone

A great company to buy from
Tiles look and feel great. Amazing selection on webpage. Samples arrived very quickly. Main order arrived ahead of schedule. Customer services were lovely. Tiles packaged extremely well. Doorstep is now the pride of the street!
Only 2 minor flaws in the perfect experience:
1) The tile quantity calculator doesn’t stand up against numpitude so ended up only tiling 1 doorstep rather than 2 - long story due to patterns
2) The webpage isn’t perfect to use on a mobile phone, especially when there are too many amazing tiles to choose from - too many options and the list going back to the 1st items each time
But neither issue stops me giving a 5 star review as everything else was a chef’s kiss top notch

Hi Vicki,
Thank you for your review — we’re really pleased to hear you’re so happy with the tiles and the overall experience.
It’s great to know the samples and main order arrived quickly, and that the packaging and service stood out. Hearing that your doorstep is now the pride of the street is lovely to read.
We appreciate your feedback on both the tile calculator and mobile browsing experience. The calculator is designed as an estimate and doesn’t account for more complex layouts or patterns, but we’ll certainly take your comments on board as we continue to improve the website.
Thank you again for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
Many thanks,
