Easiest experience of buying tickets I have had for a long time.
It was simple to book tickets and I loved that I could print the tickets out and not rely on an app or my phone to distribute tickets to my friends.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. There was no host to introduce the group. The space and group was too big for people to feel comfortable enough to chat.
I have attended these events before where the host should be floating about introducing and breaking the ice.
We arrived and the woman at the door didn't even tell us what to do where to go just said you can talk to anyone here. I would have better luck in the regular bar outside.
Please it was really poor effort

Buying my tickets was really straightforward and easy.
I am not brilliant with Tech but I had no problems.
On the night of the gig the door person had my details already logged on their tablet. I would use Fatsoma again.

Decent experience overall. The website was easy to use, and I found what I was looking for quickly especially with how many options world wide there are. However, the checkout process felt a bit slow, but I did receive a confirmation email immediately. It did the job

I always find these reviews difficult but the fact that I don't have anything bad to say speaks volumes. The process felt safe and the layout was easy to navigate. No confusion, that's all I can ask 🤷🏾♂️. As an end user, I obviously didn't choose this platform (I Just chose the event) But if I was to use a platform to sell tickets, I'd use Fathom

It was easy to complete. Ticket information was clear and what it included was boldly stated which made my decision to purchase the tickets very easy. I also got offered freebies which was nice and got a confirmation email soon after making my purchase.

It is the first time I buy tickets on Fatsoma. I entered my welcome15 promo code but did not get the discount. Neither did my friend who had the same experience.

People who use Fatsoma to list their events can add promo codes to reveal a discounted ticket. In order to get the discount you must purchase the discounted ticket revealed when you enter the code.
