Great experience I bought a penny poncho in the recent sale - it was too big so I returned it using ILocker and bought a replacement I picked up in store - love the poncho great product and good service all round

The staff at the Reigate branch today went out of their way to find me exactly the product I was looking for, making two trips to the stock room just to find the jacket I wanted but with my preferred pattern lining -which no-one other than me would see anyway. I didn’t see the email you sent saying that the item was ready for collection. Maybe a text might be better. I am delighted with the Eloise shirt, it is perfect! Staff in your Reigate shop were also really helpful and pleasant.

Friendly staff upon collection at store. The Jean I ordered are a good fit. The only criticism I have is that I could not find the actual leg length of the jeans online.

Great Gilet
Delighted with this Gilet. It was in the sale and generously reduced. It’s a great fit, not too padded but does the job of keeping you warm. Would definitely recommend. Fast delivery for Click and Collect.
