Extremely helpful staff
01/11/23-lunchtime. Spring, Thorpe Park, Leeds.
On this visit I was collecting an online order. When entering the store the friendly staff were both extremely helpful & welcoming. The parcel was quite large and Angela went above and beyond to make carrying it easier for me!
I would also like to thank FatFace for their truly dog friendly policy. I return regularly to the FatFace store at Spring, Leeds, as I am not only able to bring my dog, but the staff are so lovely with her. This store in particular is a credit to the brand.

Found an item on line but was listed as out-of-stock. Rang my local shop and they didn't have it either but the very helpful assistant managed to track one down for me! Really excellent customer service!
