I received a gift card a few years ago…
I received a gift card a few years ago and managed to mislay it ! When I eventually found the card I tried to use it within store ! It didn’t work, this was due to it being just out of date. The store manager said that as the card had never been used and by phoning fat face customer service they would reactivate it. When phoning fat face they said “tough” it was out of date and the £30 was gone !!! I will never give anyone a gift card again as cash will ever go out of date. I’m appalled that they can basically steal your money and not offer any recompense. Discussed 😡😡

In store collection
Ordered online and opted for free in store collection. It was simple, efficient and hassle free, will definitely do this again if my order is below the free postage threshold. In store staff are efficient and friendly.

Good quality clothes
Good quality clothes, nice clean shop, friendly staff. I was served by a lady in the Ruby crew and was very helpful and pleasant, I will definitely shop there again

Great service at the Evesham store
Popped into the Evesham store to buy a new season dress but they had all sale goods on show. Asked a lovely assistant if they had the dress and she found it in the storeroom for me.

Great shop full of bargains
Really nice shop with lots of good sale items. I bought two lovely tops and a hat. Sales staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Returning items bought online to store…
Returning items bought online to store was an unpleasant experience. Because I'd used a gift voucher (sent to me because of a previous bad experience in this store - although a different person - really I should have just not gone there, but it is local and the easiest to get to) to purchase part of my order I was made to feel awful about returning some of the items. The gift voucher was for £20 and I had kept over £100 worth of clothes from the order, yet the assistant made me wait when I was with a young child and in a rush, while they called 'customer services' to check if they had to refund onto a gift voucher because I'd paid with one. I pointed out that I'd spent much more than the voucher's worth, but both they and the assistant manager of the store were not sure what to do and were very worried about getting into trouble if they refunded the wrong way. I'm not sure what this says about how they are treated tbh, but it is common sense to refund to my card for such a purchase. Also, it was obvious that the person on the other end of the phone was saying exactly that and the assistant kept repeating how they weren't sure. Honestly it beggars belief.

I like Fatface but ...
I like Fatface but ordering into store didn't meet my expectations. No acknowledgement to say my parcel had arrived and despite me calling to check and being told my parcel had arrived , when I went to collect the following day there was more confusion as to whether it was actually there or not ?
