I have used this service twice and can not say how amazing they were each time. Worth every single penny, they r trustworthy, timely, and make what could be a horrible process so simple! Highly recommend this service.
I would also like to add that Alice was beyond helpful and so patient with me. I called her 1000 times to make sure every i was dotted and t was crossed and she was helpful each and every phone call and e-mail!

I had forgotten to check my passport for an upcoming trip and found that I needed to get it renewed immediately. Found Fastport Passport and got to work to fulfill the needed information. Fastport sent me a message when they received the package and said it would get to me before our trip. My passport came in four days, much sooner than expected!

Absolutely amazing!!! I processed paperwork last week thursday and today monday at 12 pm i have my passport and i didn't pay the most expensive option. They are amazing always let me know ehat was going on.. very polite and respectful. I Recommend to everyone. I will use them again for my grandparents passport in near future

Fastport Passport is an outstanding company to get your passport expedited through. My case manager Alice was very accommodating with any questions and concerns I had about the whole process. She communicated well and was very professional throughout. I recommend this company to anyone who needs to obtain their passport within a short amount of time!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very disappointing experience. We submitted our application on 8 August 2019 and paid $348 for a 3-5 business day service (including in and outbound shipping). We did not hear anything from them until about a week later when I called them to find out the status. Over the phone, I found out that we have to resend the documents because we used a digital signature on the forms which btw, it was stated NOWHERE that this was not allowed. No phone calls, no emails nor anything were updated in the system to let us know about the problem. If I didn’t make that call, the application would still be hanging. I ended up having to pay another $36 for shipping the documents overnight to their office via fedex. I got my passport almost ONE MONTH after the initial application. I have no idea what this 3-5 business days service is about as they failed terribly at achieving that. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PASSPORT APPLICATION/ RENEWAL. You are better applying it yourself at the post office and save the money.

I have an upcoming trip to London in 1.5 weeks and did not have a passport. Saturday I applied for my passport through Fastport Passport where they helped find a place to take my passport photo. Monday, I went to the postal office to get my documents confirmed and shipped paperwork off the same day through fed ex. Four days later I received my passport. I am very satisfied with fastport passports service. Also I am satisfied with the help from Alice for replying to my email with any questions I had via email.

Alice was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions with fastport passport. She outline all the steps I needed to take to get my passport renewed as soon as possible. When I called her on the phone she was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend if you are in a pinch!

Had to get our 5yr old's passport renewed asap before flying out to Europe. Despite our initial reservations we decided to go with Fastport Passport, they did not disappoint. This agency is a life-saver, and their amazing customer care and personal attention surpassed what I could have hoped for— and, to be honest, I have rather high expectations! All my documents were stolen right before I’m about to leave the country, and getting a new passport (with the old one now stolen!) could have been the MOST stressful process— but at every turn, they were helpful and reassuring. In particular, their customer service provider, Carrie, guided me through the process and gave excellent, clear advice. She was efficient and thoughtful, as was Alice, and the fact that I know these women by name pretty much tells you all you need to know: real people on the other end of the phone to offer real assistance. Where do I even begin?! Carrie N. was absolutely amazing!!! I was so nervous about getting my passport on time and she was constantly available for questions and was super responsive with all updates.
