Below is my old review: Within an hour of posting this review I was contacted by Michelle, Director of Operations. She was truly concerned and explained the company was closed. She listened to my concerns and helped me. She made everything right and I could finally breathe. This company is legit and amazing. Thank you so much Michelle. HELP!!!!!! I just realized my 19 year old son’s passport is expired!!! We leave for Canada on Thursday (hotel stay close to airport) and fly to New York Friday and plan to walk / drive over Canada border On Friday. We have hotel booked in Canada. I have paid the 48 hour fee and it has already been taken out of my bank account. I have all my sons paperwork ready, passport photo, check. Now I’m waiting on the download to complete to print my pap work and forms to fedex tomorrow which I just realized is a holiday!!!! Veterans Day. Please please please help me. I have called the number and left several messages. My order number is GW-685CFC818. I really hope you can help. My son was totally looking forward to seeing Niagara Falls and I let him down.

Absolutely great service! I had a rough time running here and there between post office, fed ex, etc.; however, this service (had to call them several times) guided me so patiently and my frustration was assuaged. As I write, I have received my passport...will definitely use this service in the future!

Tried to do this last Friday. I got to the point where the site told me to call. I called several times over the weekend and nobody called me. I arranged a refund with online chat and got an email that someone is assigned my refund. The email had a number to call if I had any questions. I called and left a message on Monday and nobody called me back. It's Tuesday and still nobody has called me. I don't need your services as the airline found my passport Saturday morning. I never downloaded any documents because I was supposed to call. I want my money back and maybe a call with an apology. I paid for the expensive 24 hour service and got absolutely nothing.

This month was one of the toughest in a while - and *especially* stressful when I found out my passport was expired about 5 days before I left for Chiang Mai, Thailand. Ugh!

Wicianise and the staff delivered as promised. My flight is tomorrow but I got my renewed passport today! I'm so relieved!

It can be a bit tough to reach someone by phone but once you do they're helpful. I would recommend being sure to get your photos and money order or check ready the same night if it's after 5PM, as I wasn't aware they're not available after then.

To complete the process you have to speak to them by phone which in my case was the next business day. Since I had my things ready I was able to complete the application and overnight it the next morning when I spoke with them as required.

At any rate, they delivered and it was worth the money. Thanks!

Fastport passport was excellent! I used the two week option and received my passport back in five days! I’m thrilled! Would highly recommend.

Everything went smoothly. The people I dealt with were professional, courteous and helpful at every step. The “chat” feature on-line makes the process very easy.

On July 19, 2019 I requested a passport renewal which I told would cost $119 and would be charged to my credit card. The next day I called back to cancel the request after finding I could do it cheaper and quicker at the post office. The representative was very nice and told me my credit card charge would be taken care of. In September I received my credit card bill with the $119 charge. Called Fastport and was assured that the credit company would be notified to remove the charge that Friday. Shortly I received a letter from the credit company saying they were investigating a disputed charge of $119 and would temporarily remove the charge. In late October I received a letter from the credit company saying the charge had been reinstated due to documentation from Fastport. On October 23 I called Fastport and was told that someone from billing would call me back in 24 hours and that the credit company had never been asked to remove the charge because Fastport “had been busy”. . I called back Oct. 24, 28, 29 and 30 and told each time that I could not be transferred to billing and they would call me back in 24 hours. I expect I will have to eat $119. Be very wary in using this service.

Wow I thought I was out of luck within 10 days to leave on our trip and then Fastport came through with flying colors!! Very well spelled out process and with great tracking and follow up. Nice to see an online company follow up with emails and actually picks up the phone. Cheers - John

Easy, simple. Only thing I would request is guidance or helping with changes in order/shipping once reviewed. I got my passport in time and would recommend and use them again

Worked with Alice on my expedited lost passport order- great customer service, very responsive. Passport arrived well ahead of time. Pricey but will absolutely get the job done when you need it done.

It's very unnerving to send your only Passport off to a strange company and just blindly hope for the best but Alice made my experience easy!! I have never used a service like this and was a little skeptical at first. But, after reading a couple reviews I decided to take a chance. Alice was assigned to my case and walked me through everything since this is my first time applying for a passport. I sent my documents on a Tuesday and will be getting my passport in a week! Just in time for my trip to Germany. I can’t thank Alice enough for all of the help and the speed in which she replied to my many inquiries. I 10/10 would really recommend this service if you need a passport fast and hope that you get Alice to work your case!
