They deliver as promised. I needed my passport within 6 weeks so opted to pay for the 4 week delivery. They walked me through the process and provided frequent updates as to the status. I received my passport in less than 3 weeks. I definitely recommend this company.

Awesome experience!! Highly recommend. My husband and I were booked on a trip 6 weeks away and I realized last minute that my husbands passports was expired. Covid had the US Passport agency backed up as well. I looked all over the internet for options. Fastport Passport had a 2 week option. It was a bit pricey, but I needed it done in time. Their communication was great and very thorough. Make sure you go through your paperwork in detail and fill out properly. Ignore any of the negative reviews. This service is not a scam. They kept me informed the whole way through. I received my husbands new passport in 10 days!! Fastport Passport bailed me out of my jam. Thanks!!!

I needed an expedited passport for a trip to Israel. I paid for the 8 week turn around and it arrived right at 8 weeks. Great! Efficient! Affordable! Easy to track!

My wife and i needed to renew our passports. she found a place and went ahead before me. About two weeks later, i finally got my picture taken and went online and researched a good place. Fastport came up. I did it and it was painless and relatively quick. i'd say less than a month later i got my passport AND MY WIFE IS STILL WAITING FOR HER'S CUZ SHE WENT THRU A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

When I placed the order, I was concerned that they would never deliver. I was concerned that the cost was high and the service disappointing. I was completely wrong. Every step of the way was professional, communication was outstanding and the passport came in the day they said it would. I would recommend this service to anyone. Well worth the price.

Quick, easy, and very simple. They made the passport renewal process a breeze.

We were told by our local authorities it was impossible to get passport in less then 16 weeks. We paid for the 2 week service and received new passport on the 8th day. Unreal. Would highly recommend.

Run away from them. Total rip off. They added time by taking a week. A few phone calls with long hold times, a representative who gave completely wrong information. I asked for a manager, they said would call back. A week later with no call. Submitted an email, no reply. Asked for a call by email, no reply. Paid $250 for them to put our trip at risk.

Luckily a connection in Congress intervened and had the passport complete in 36hours. Still no call back from fastport.

If you need something expedited, contact your representative in Congress. Do not give these people money.

Only four stars because I personally would have appreciated more communication throughout the process but I got everything the way I wanted and on time so I’m happy. 😊 I would use this service again!

I totally messed up by not paying attention to my passport expiration date-hit the panic button and meltdown mode. Took a deep breath, did some research and found you. I was a bit uneasy but read reviews and took the plunge. So happy I did! I got my passport back a few days before I expected it and believe I was kept informed of every step of the process. I did have a bad night the first night when I was waiting for all my documents from you to download. I couldn’t get them on my Mac so went to my son’s house and he tried with his Microsoft-he wasn’t getting them either. Had a sleepless night and he called me the next morning and said everything was there. I breathed a huge sigh of relief and hurried over to get them. Got them to fedex before the due time and kept my fingers crossed. VERY HAPPY

I'll be honest, I was a bit skeptical about this service, but I desperately needed a passport for a birthday trip planned about a month in advance to Mexico. I did my due diligence by looking up reviews, checking if they had a real office, and all other ways to ensure this was a legit business. Their quick replies to their reviews was what made me take a chance. The whole process was fairly simple. Not only did they send me notifications about my progress along the way, but I got my passport delivered a day early! My only gripes were that the hold time on the phone was a bit longer than what I was used to and I didn't get a response to my support ticket, but other than that, I highly recommend this service!

This passport service is exactly as advertised. My passport renewal from start of application to receiving in mail took 5 weeks. It was definitely worth the extra expense.

I did receive the passport in the time frame promised. I do have one comment, however, the status of my order stayed on “received your documents and are reviewing them from Wednesday, when they received the documents (and the same day they obtained the passport) until the status changed to shipped on Thursday evening, leading to a full day and night of needless worry since they had the passport completed on Wednesday. Just sayin, it made me panic for 24 hours

At first I was confused about the process but the customer service rep explained everything I needed to know. I received updates on the progress of my passport delivery and received it back in a timely manner. I couldn’t ask for more. I was completely satisfied.
