My wife and I needed to renew passports which were going to expire in March 2022. We started the process on Feb 26. My wife received her new passport on March 11. My photo was rejected because there was a fold in it so I had to get a new photo but still received my passport on March 19. There was a link to use to follow the status of my renewal.

The service was exceptional! Just days before Christmas, we decided to travel early February when I realized my passport expired just days earlier. With the holidays and Covid issues, I was skeptical, but completed the application for 6 week service, knowing I could alter our travel plans. My new passport arrived in about 3 weeks. Be sure to follow the directions explicitly. From habit, I wrote the year "2021" on my check. Since my check already had a very tiny "20" on the date-line, I just needed to write "21". What I did was unacceptable, but resolved immediately with my paying for the service over the phone by credit card (additional fee). It was handled very professionally, and they kept me advised every step along the way. I would strongly recommend this service.

The speediness with which I received my passport was in keeping with what I paid for. My criticism is that communication between govworks and the client needs to be tightened up during the process of them reviewing documents before sending them to the department of state. If anything needs to be corrected or resent because it doesn't meet the standard, such as your passport pic, they will not call you, text you or make any other attempt to reach out and let you know other than through email. This happened in my situation and the email went to my spam folder...not good. So for about 2 weeks I was trotting along thinking all was good until I realized my husband was getting process notifications I hadn't gotten and his stuff was submitted two weeks after mine. I had to call them and find out what was going on.. For the amount of money you're going to pay for this service I don't think a text or a call is too much to ask if something is happening that needs the customer's attention and you notice their paperwork has been sitting idly on some uncaring person's desk for two weeks. That is a major flaw in their inner workings. If you get that together I think you'll have even happier customers.

We have used Fastport Passport several times now with great success. The process is easy to use. No matter what speed and dollar amount you use it is well worth it. I have referred many people and they have been grateful. They get everything to you in the time you request. I am typically doing things at the last minute and have been amazed that they can get me my renewed passport in weeks.

They did it! I needed a renewal fast. They said 7 days, had it back in five. Made my original flight date. To me, it was worth the cost. Now, I will not have to quarantine through Xmas and can spend it with my wife and step kids!

I'm impressed. I was traveling within 14 days abroad. I was desperate when I realized my passport had expired. It was pricey, but not more than a round trip plane ticket and overnight stay in the only city the US government could set up an appointment for me in my timeframe. Although Fastport Passport couldn't guarantee I'd have it in time - it was a QUICK turnaround, with Thanksgiving falling in the middle of it - I took a deep breath and decided to go with them. I got my passport 9 days after the day I sent it out via Fedex. The communication was always clear and it seems like they work through the night to make things happen. Yes. I'm impressed. They came through! I was skeptical but desperate to get my passport renewed within 5 weeks before a trip to Mexico. Yes, so much money for the two-week guarantee, but they are legit. I did need to call to talk to a human to get the process rolling after the online submission part. She was so nice and helpful. They text you every step of the process once you deliver the application to FedEx, which was also comforting.

Realized passports were expired 3 weeks prior to the trip departure and did some panicked research to find options. Did some research and found Fastport Passport and started the process. I will tell you to be patient if you start the process on a weekend - it seemed like the upload didn’t get through and we didn’t make any headway until Monday. The customer service line goes to an auto attendant which wasn’t very helpful but when we spoke to someone on Monday, our process started to move along. Paid for the 2 week turn and had the passport renewal in hand 8 days from the day we sent off the paperwork. Text emails throughout the process were reassuring as well. If you’re absent minded like us and book an international trip with expired passports, don’t fret and use Fastport Passport to get your renewals in time. Thanks for saving our trip!

About two weeks before my trip to Mexico, I checked my passport and realized it was expired. I panicked and started looking on the internet for a way to renew it quickly. I signed up online (a Saturday night) and called on Monday to check the status. They emailed me the documents I needed to sign and return (along with my expired passport) and I sent them back via FedEx on Monday. By the following Monday, I had my new, renewed passport in hand!
