I’m having trouble with my business email account . Some of my emails are not being sent and even though I have a sent box I cannot view them . I’m paying for something which clearly doesn’t work .

Really good to be able to talk to a fellow human being who can actually help. Jinky was great and her colleague on a previous unrelated call a few weeks ago was equally great.

After changing platforms away from Wordpress, a number of TXT and SSL settings were not updated to my new platform which was causing site loading and security issues. Via the support chat, Rey P. successfully found the issue and made the necessary changes in a short space of time. Very pleased my site is now live and visible online.
