I had an issue with my domain package that needed to be resolved and Glenn Contawe was extremely help in resolving this issue for me.

I wasted both time and money purchasing a Domain from WIX, to then come across so many issues because I didn't also want a website.

I decided to purchase a Email Host from FastHost and I'm so glad I did. I even decided to forget my initial Domain and purchase a new one with them which has made my life easier and their prices are the best I've seen!

Their customer service goes above and beyond and I was lucky enough to speak to JMS who was very knowledgeable and kind.

What a pleaseant company who understands how to treat customers!

The problem I had took 2 calls to resolve, but this was because I had to supply certain details. Both representatives (Kim and Alec?) were helpful and the problem was quickly and competently handled.
