Disappointing website and company
Disappointing website and company! Checked delivery details on website before putting together an order - no mention of any restrictions on deliveries! Put together order but it wouldn’t process through the website. Called the company only to be informed that they can’t deliver north of Edinburgh/Glasgow! Apparently being in the middle of the Oil Capital of Europe (Aberdeen) and the Fishing Capital of Europe (Peterhead) puts us in too remote of an area for them to deliver! Should state on website they offer a very limited delivery service!

Unfortunately, our current courier partners are unable to deliver to some Scotland locations at present, and this is something we are actively reviewing. With our warehouse based in Andover, over 500 miles away, we’re unable to reliably offer a next-day delivery service to areas north of Edinburgh and Glasgow at this time.
We completely understand how disappointing this is, especially as these delivery limitations were not clearly communicated during your ordering process. Your feedback is appreciated and will be used to improve the clarity of delivery information on our website to help avoid this situation in the future.

Delivery wasn't the best experience...
My first order was a bit disappointing due to transport/delivery. I already placed in a second order while sorting the first one. I was sent one item to replace the damaged one and by the next working day I had all the orders at the door. Easy to communicate with.
