Courier they use let this company down
On this occasion I asked for next day delivery and paid extra money for the service. I need the items fast.
When the next day came, no delivery.
I rang the number and spoke to polite young man who explained that the courier they use had an issue with one of there trucks. I asked if he knew when the goods would arrive? He explained that he'll put me on hold and ring the courier company. He came back to me and assured me the the items would be delivered tomorrow. I then asked for the express delivery charge to be refunded, this He was happy to do.
I've only given three stars because of the courier service. The company it's self deserve five stars. From my experience excellent customer service.

I’ve used fast build a few times
I’ve used fast build a few times, and I like them. I ordered large boxes of screws recently. Sadly all the boxes got damaged in transit, and I had to sort the mess. Maybe take more care at the packing stage?

Good price, quick delivery. When some angle arrived having been bent in carriage, one simple call and the replacements were with me within 24hrs, thus not holding up the job. Well done, customer service as it should be!

Sticks-Z foam
The price was good and the speed of service was excellent, but the quantity of the expanding foam was not 750ml as stated on each can - that said the offer made the purchase worth while.
Also the Sticks-Z foam does not expand as much as others I have used, therefore you end up using about a third more.
