The boots I ordered are running a size smaller than they should be. I cannot get them on my foot because back mashes down and catches under my heel. When I did finally get them on with some difficulty, they were too small. I asked to return them and they said I would need to send them to China. They wanted me to send a picture of my foot. They agreed to refund half of what I paid and I can keep the boots. I got the money right away on my pay pal. The Boots are vinyl and not high quality, but they were only $39.99 on sale.

Im glad that i just so happen to read the reviews, I was about to spend $150!!! That I dont have. I kept trying to see reviews on the products and NONE of them have been reviewed!

Horrible quality. And they refuse to accept returns. After arguing with them back and forth they finally agreed. Their product came from California, but they wanted me to return it to China. Shipping cost me more then the shoes. I told them I want to return it to the California address and they said No.

I ordered some boots from this site without reading any reviews beforehand. I just acted spontaneously, because I loved the picture of the boots so much.
After I ordered them, something told I should look into this company, because they were an overseas company, and I thought there might be an issue.
After reading the reviews, I got upset at myself for acting so spontaneously, it’s not something I would ordinarily do. I was embarrassed and mad at myself. I was convinced I was going to get a poorly made pair of shoes, and there would be no way I could get my money back. So when they arrived, I was hesitant to open them up, I knew I was in for disappointment. So I waited a few days to check them out, when I did, I was surprised. The boots are well made and look exactly like I hoped they would. They only thing that was a little off was the color, but not by much. They are my favorite pair of shoes right now, and I want to order another pair, in a different color.
I’m sure a lot of you may be thinking this is a fake review, but it’s not. I’m 100% a real customer, and I am telling the truth. I wish there were a way I could include a picture or short video of the shoes.
Hopefully, this company has changed their ways, and is now continually making quality products. If I do order another pair of shoes, I will post another honest review of my experience.

I ordered and received a very poor quality boot NOW THE DRAMA STARTED.... they said return in 7 days, then they said send picture of my foot and tape measurements THEN put in original package.... I did all that paid to mail them.... they said I never got their permission and return address so they never got boots so I’m out of $40 HOW CAN WE SHUT THEM DOWN FROM SELLING IN THE USA

The quality of these shoes are awful! They are not at all like the photographs. The soles are made of a lightweight styrofoam material and and the upper shoes are made of fabric! They are not even comfortable. I contacted the company and they refused to allow me to return the shoes - they do not have a refund policy! Don't waste your time or money, these are a total rip off and the company makes no attempt to endorse their products or make their customers happy. I not only feel taken advantage of but also am out of a refund. If I can warn others not to buy from this company, I will at least feel like its not a total loss. Please do not purchase anything from them, or otherwise you will feel taken advantage of as I do. Consumers should have a right to return things if they are not satisfied. This company misrepresents their merchandise as the quality is nothing like what is depicted on their website. Total, complete and utter rip off!!

Do not buy from this company! They are a scam. The shoes I ordered don't even look like what they advertise and they smelled heavily of spray paint. They do NOT allow for exchanges or refunds! Save your money ladies!

It took FOREVER to receive the boots I ordered. I wish they would tell you they're shipping from China so you know better than to order. I finally received a pair of 'boots' smashed up in a ball and wrapped in plastic. When I opened them they were all distorted and out of shape, smelled awful, felt like plastic, and had silver colored marks on them. I contacted customer service and they acted shocked. I sent photos and they said I could pay to ship them back to China or take a refund of 50%. Total crap, DO NOT ORDER from this website!

This company is a scam! They want me to return a pair of boots that don't fit me and since it's not defected they won't refund or exchange. They said they can offer me $5 compensation but for what? Did I just traded my money for $5 and no shoes? What the heck kind of crap is that? They keep saying the shoes are true to size! They're not true to size if they don't fit, what part of that don't they understand? I received a size 35-36 and that is a US size 4 to 5. It runs on the small size. They should have sent me a 36-37 size as I am a size 5.5. Ridiculous! If you're confused about what I just described, this pair of shoes clump 2 sizes together! And it runs small so if you're a 5.5 like me which is on the bigger end you're not going to fit into size 35-36. They won't even allow my review on their product to kindly tell others to order a size or two bigger! I hate crooked people doing crooked business! You'll get what you sow. You will burn down to pieces, anything operating under the devil won't stand long even if you think you're successful for the time being.

It also took a month for me to receive this pair of shoes from China but they placed a label on it saying it's from California. Funny because the tracking showed coming from China.

China blocked most social media sites and search engines for their country, they should step it up a notch and block their businesses websites from being able to sell outside of China to prevent these kinds of issues!

I ordered two pair of boots and received a DAMN pair of bamboo open back half glued slidein shoes. I $&$€ YOU NOT . I AM FURIOUS!!!! I tried to contact via email ( no phone number ) i was told basically DEAL with it. I lost $ 78.00 excuse me it was stolen from this fraudulent company which sends you what ever they want to NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED!!!!! I REPEAT THIS IS A SCAM FROM OVERSEAS OR SOMEWHERE sending cheap shoes not even resembling what you order.

It has been almost a month since I ordered my boots, which I never received. I have called and emailed them twice now, but not getting any response at all.

I ordered my shoes December 4th and they didn’t even come till December 29 but they didn’t even come they said it was delivered but it wasn’t. i’ve been trying to contact them and no one has replied. They have horrible costumer service!!!!!!!!!

The boots I ordered are absolutely not the boots they show in pictures. The black pair I put them on and my foot went thru the cheap material they are lined with. The real boots they have pictured have a fur lining and have a cloth bottom and are somewhat loose around the calf. These are cheap and I do not recommend buying from this site. I asked for a refund and they refused. To ship these back would cost more than the boots I got. I guess I just got a tax write off. Off to donation they go. Do not buy from these people!!!!

DOnt ever buy any shoes from this company. I ordered a half size bigger boot for my daughter. Per most reviews it said to do so. It turned out to be too big for her. I contacted the company and they acted like it was my fault for ordering the bigger size. They want me to take pictures of her foot by the boot and measure it. What a bunch of crap. The boots came in a plastic zip up bag in a yellow envelope. That should of been my first clue that this wasnt going to end well. Be carefull, dont buy shoes from this company ever.

Just received three pairs of boots i order for my wife, These things are so bad! So cheaply made. Im so pissed right now. You cant get ahold of anybody to return or get my money back. I would beg people not to order anything from this p.o.s. company...

I ordered a pair of boots and never did receive them. I received an email telling me that the boots were in transit. I never received them. I thought for sure that this was a scam. Now I'm trying to get a refund. I would recommend that you not order anything from this site. Very disappointed.

I ordered a pair of boots from Fashionshoeshouse that looked good in the picture, but when they arrived they looked nothing like they did online. They were not the same shoes pictured and they were made out of cheap plastic instead of the leather they were advertised to be. They were also way too big, even though I ordered the recommended size from their size guide. The return process is a complete joke. You have to send them a personal email for return permission and the whole thing feels sketchy and illegitimate. When I asked for a return they demanded that I email them pictures of my feet, which I thought was weird and inappropriate. They never really intended to give me a refund and even refused to exchange the shoes for a different size. So don't waste your money, I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

I should've came here before ordering instead I went to YouTube and two of the content creators warned me on the shipping and packaging. Ordered two pairs of boots. These boots are cheaply made and doesn't look like nothing from pictures

I am an American.. so waiting on the package to ship from china was a long wait.. I received my items like 3 weeks after the purchase.. well anyways about my order.. I order 4 pairs of combat boots and to irregularl hoodies.. and I get compliments on their stuff when I wear it.. it looks different and people loved the style.. I was loving the compliments 😊.. I ordered these boots with lace at the top. And people be like I love your boots!! Is the lace attached!? Lol and with the hoodie it drapes in the back! It's so dope.. I was wearing it and a lady was like I love your Cape lol.. I'm like it's a hoodie an irregular hoodie.. she was like I love it! Lol I'm definitely buying from them again.
