What I ordered never arrived, they didn't pickup my call or respond to my emails. Was scammed $45... don't buy from this place.

Wish I could give zero stars! I have filed with PayPal for a refund for a pair of retro boots. I emailed the company with no response. The boots were NOT what was pictured on the webpage rather a pair of cheap cardboard flimsy thrown together version look alike. Do not order from fashion shoes house!

Do not buy shoes from this place. They take ages to arrive and quality is shocking. Customer service is non existent, they just resend the same email again and again.

Bought a pair of boots when they came in they had scuff marks, creases, stains. I emailed to send them back for a refund and they told me “they look how they are on the website and there’s nothing wrong with them”, and refused to let me return them. Mind you they also arrived in a plastic bad that was beat up, not even a box 🤬 they have the worst customer service!

SCAM!! ZERO STARS! SCAMMER! DO NOT BUY! BUT I GOT REFUND FROM PAYPAL!!

I bought a pair of shoes, a jacket and a sweater from this place for $140 bucks and NONE of them were true to size, and the products did not even match the descriptions or images online. (I ordered a standard Small and all of them looked more like size Large), Clothing also smelt horrible like sub-par plastic and chemicals. The sweaters were supposed to be crop-style with a waistband, but instead had no waistband and were long enough to cover my bu*t! The shoes were supposed to be standard size 6.5 and instead were more like an 8. The soles of the shoes also looked like they were made of some light, sub-par material - the durability of cardboard. The company has a ridiculous return policy that makes it impossible for you to get a refund with them. The package the items came in even got delivered by some mini-van, not even a postal service! And it was not a neighbor!

Luckily I paid through PayPal and filed a case against the seller (whose Paypal account does not even indicate the store name), escalating it right up to PayPal. I provided pictures and email correspondence for proof, along with links to the items I bought so they could compare. PayPal approved my case and refunded me my full amount!

If you paid through PayPal, file a case! Do NOT let this seller get away with scamming you and other people!

The $50.00 pair of ankle vintage style boots I bought from here had the durability of cardboard. As a mother of three, I don't often buy shoes for myself or have the time to go shopping in stores. When I do buy shoes, I expect them to last for this reason. Selling products that don't last longer than six months with a return policy of only 7 days is a recipe for upset, non returning customers and makes for a tacky business practice. All be warned, you are better off going to Walmart because they at least would give you your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I purchased a pair of boots online. The size is off and they make you jump through hoops to try and return the product to CHINA!

I received the shoes that were shipped on Sept 24 on Oct 8th. They were supposed to be a size 10 but they were obviously not true to size as there was no way I could get them on my foot. They also seemed to be poor quality and cheaply made. I will not be ordering from them again.

I only wish I could have read the reviews first before ordering anything from this store. I got taken for 48 bucks. This place is definitely a scam and should be taken off the internet for shopping at this scam place.

I ordered 4 pair of hey dudes from them. The website was fake .I lost 140 bucks

This company is a scam. They rob you of your money. I received shoes with two different wise bottoms and the whole bottom was scraped off. The shoes are made from multiple pairs of shoes and are cut differently from one another. They won’t refund your money, which doesn’t state it on the website and they get paid through paypal so it’s a fake company.

I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES AND THEY DID NOT FIT AND I WAS TOLD TO MEASURE MY FOOT AND TAKE A PICTURE OF THE SHOE AS TO SAY THAT I WAS LYING ABOUT THE SHOES NOT FITTING. I THEN COMPLIED AND TOOK THE PICTURE AND SENT IT ONLY TO BE TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND THE SHOE ISNT EVEN WHAT IT LOOKED LIKED THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

SCAM ALERT! Do not buy here! These shoes were comically huge -- fit at least 2 sizes too big. When I contact the seller, they refused to return or exchange the item, so now I'm stuck with a $50 pair of cheaply made clown shoes.

Shoes were too small even though I ordered according to their instructions (and I am ALWAYS a standard size, never have any problems with shoe sizes usually) - all I wanted to to was have them replaced but they would not do it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Never received my purchase and horrible service would not refund my money.

Do not buy anything from this rip off company! I purchased a pair of shoes from them that were to big,in the return policy it states that you have 10 days to return them.i notified them by email that I was returning the shoes. 2 days later they sent a email saying they wanted me to take a photo of the shoes on! So I did,never heard back from them, so I decided to just send them back before the 10 days were up.they replied a week later saying that the address on the box isn't the return address and that I didn't wait for a label from them so basically we got the shoes and your $,sorry... this is a scam!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would I’m So very upset the sandals that they advertise on their website are definitely not the sandals that I received I ordered a rhinestone covered wedge sandal they sent me a very very cheaply made sandal covered in glitter when I reached out through email they Said that what they advertise on the website is what they send which is not true my sandals did not come in a box they came wrapped in plastic and I’m so disappointed that I wasted my money They must be using pictures from other sites and passing them off as their own and those sandals that I ordered were supposed to be like the ones from Akira.I wish I could add a photo of What I thought I ordered and what I received in the mail.

Horrible experience.. I purchased some gladiator sandals that I recently lost. When I received what I thought was like my old ones( what was shown in pic) they were totally opposite. The material is not what was shown it’s a very cheap lose material that makes your feet look like they are swimming in them. I have pics of what I received compared to what they are showing that you will receive and it’s horrible. Even after sending pics they wanna argue with me saying there’s no difference but it’s obvious they don’t know what they’re taking about . Where’s the option to post pics?
