I ordered a pair of jeans and a sweater from this site. Unfortunately, the jeans were sent in the wrong side and I did not like the sweater. I had to pay return shipping which was really expensive $130. Then the return got stuck in customs. I came to the site and started reading the reviews and got nervous that I had been scammed out of my money and the clothes. However, after two weeks the package cleared customs and was delivered to the warehouse the next business day. Within 24hrs they refunded me my money back. I'm still out the $130 I paid for shipping but that's much better then the nearly $900 I would have been out had they been scammers. So definitely a legit site just beware of the issues that can arise when engaging in international transactions.

Beware of this fraudulent site out to con your money. I returned a belt that cost $400 and it’s been more than a month and no follow up from them despite multiple emails asking for updates.

Ik had een zwangerschapsjurk hier besteld, maar die werd helemaal aan de andere kant van Nederland bezorgd terwijl het goede adres was opgegeven. Toen stuurde ze het opnieuw op. Het duurde heel lang voordat ik hem kreeg. Toen die binnen kwam was het een hele andere jurk! 2x gemaild en nu al 2 weken verder en geen reactie! Ik bestel hier nooit meer.

OPLICHTERIJ! Mobnr klopt niet! Wacht nog steeds op order. Zeker niet bestellen bij deze site! Allemaal fake...Nooit een mail terug gehad.

Je besteld een jurk en ontvangt een vreselijk onmogelijke meuk uit China!
Mail je zodat het opgelost kan worden willen ze nog eens laten betalen om het retour te sturen!

En dit beweerd een Nederlands bedrijf te zijn! Word tijd dat zulke lui aangepakt worden. Zo kan ik ook wel een leuke auto's ect rijden als ik mensen oplicht.
Dit gaat igg juridisch nog een staartje krijgen.

Habe mein Paket nicht erhalten und Fashionate ist nicht Kundenfreundlich ! Werde Anzeige erstatten !der Dhl Bote hat einfach meine Unterschrift gefälscht!

Oplichterij. Je krijgt een vodje uit China maar je betaalt er wel de volle mep voor. Om te retourneren geen reactie. Nooit iets bestellen.

Bestelling nooit ontvangen. E-Mail klopt niet. Telefoon nummer niet in gebruik. OPLICHTERIJ

Never received anything. Not even an confirmation-email after I’ve payed. Tried to get in touch with them but it’s now been several weeks. They’re a scam

Naar 2 manden blouse gekregen ,kwaliteit verschikkelijk ,natuurlijk op de foto prima,geen mogelijkheid contact opnemen.
Ik adviseer niemand daar iets bestellen,dat is oplichting.

Après commande et paiement frais de port inclus: je reçois un t-shirt qui n'a rien à voir avec ma commande.
Je leur écris et ils me répondent qu'ils sont désolés mais qu'ils n'ont pas le t-shirt commandé, et me demandent de leur retourner le t-shirt sans garantie de remboursement.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made on the Fashionista website. On the 17th of December, I placed an order with the order number 310046437, totaling 163.90 euros, intended as a Christmas gift.

Regrettably, I have neither received the order nor obtained a refund. Despite reaching out through multiple messages, there has been no response from their customer service team. This situation has left me concerned about the possibility of losing my money.

In sharing this experience, my intention is to alert fellow customers about the issues I've encountered with the Fashionista website.

Ich habe vor knapp einem Monat bestellt. Die Bestellung ist noch nicht einmal da.
Nachdem ich bereits 3 Mails geschrieben habe kam keine Rückmeldung!
Sehr enttäuschend.
Es hieß ich bekomme eine Mail wenn es versendet ist, aber nichts der gleichen habe ich bekommen

Ware kam sehr schnell an. Allerdings muss man die Rücksendekosten selbst zahlen welche man nicht erstattet bekommt!! So zahlt man doppelten Versand im Falle einer Retoure! Für mich ein No Go weshalb ich nicht nochmal dort bestellen werde

I have ordered an item from Fashionesta but they firstly delivered the incorrect size and then it took them more than four weeks to issue a refund. Although at the beginning they promised to compensate me for the return shipping, which was over £30, they still have not paid me anything and are not responding to my emails. Terrible service overall, would never recommend to anyone.

I am writing to report an online website called Fashionesta based in Germany.

I made a purchase of a shirt on their website on 27th of October 2023. On checkout, I was clearly made known that shipment to my UK address is FREE due to offer advertised on their website.

After a while, I received a letter from Parcel Force UK that I have to pay the sum of £94.22 for customs charges. I immediately contacted Fashionista and they instructed me to pay the money because it was to them not labelling my order appropriately and they promised they would reimburse me with the £94.22. Ever since I paid the money, with proof of payment sent, they have decided not to reply to my various email sent to them.

Please, help me chase this as I believe I have been swindled by Fashionesta.

Bestellte Handschuhe sind traumhaft! Allerdings wurden 6,90€ Versand berechnet und am Ende wurden die teuren Handschuhe in einem dünnen Papierumschlag als Warenpost verschickt und landeten dann im Briefkasten...

Luxeriöses auspacken sieht anders aus. Zudem kostet ein Warenpost Umschlag auch keine 6,90€... naja. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden.
